Boss attends to wechat messages pretty promptly and does his best to tend to your needs. I'm honestly thankful for the rapid replies, especially when it was -20 and I wasn't sure how to get to the inn. He helped to arrange a car to pick me up from yabuli west station. Room was clean and the experience of sleeping on the kang bed was an interesting one. Might want to note that it's pretty hard. 😊 There was the unfortunate experience of missing my train because the ride the boss arranged for failed to turn up in time. Perhaps a miscommunication there. Lovely chinese breakfast every morning and friendly folks at the restaurant. Boss doesn't appear to have an email address here so I rang him up (international call) to ask about transportation. Should be able to add him on wechat subsequently. 😊

The hosts are very nice and helpful. Even if my Chinese level was very low they really did their bests to help me during my journey.

there's no anything. for that price- at least provide coffee or something. the place is really good for skiing. however- it?needs a lot of improvement in the room.

It’s my first time sleeping on a heated kang ~ it’s very novel! The room is very big and has everything you need. The boss is also very welcoming. The only drawback is that we are particularly sensitive to the smell of smoke. The boss smokes at the farmhouse downstairs at night when we have dinner. We can smell it upstairs. The spring rolls made by grandma for breakfast are very delicious. tasty. Will go again if given the chance! Their iron pot stew is really good, I recommend it to all my friends~

The boss's service is very good. I also introduced the carpooling friends to come over in a special car. The highlight is that they pour water into ice for free.

The boss was not very patient and took us from store to store to buy shoes and try them on. He also took us to play, splashing water into ice. These are free. We asked the boss to help us arrange our itinerary, arrange tickets for attractions, and arrange cars. It saves some money compared to arranging everything by yourself. Yesterday when I checked out, I lost my bank card and cash bag. I don't know where they were lost. Later I contacted the boss and he said that they were in their hotel and they didn't know who they belonged to. They kept them there waiting for guests to find them. Today the boss transferred all the cash back to me, saying that because it was inconvenient to mail it, he also sent the bank card back to me by express delivery. It was really a waste of money! The boss is super nice, my kids had a lot of fun, and my dad also said that the service here is attentive. This is the most gratifying thing for us to bring the elderly and children out. When I checked out yesterday, my child said he would stay here next year for skiing😄

Brother Bin is super nice. We only need to go there. We only need to go there. We don’t need to think about the rest. We need to order ski tickets and ski clothes, and where to go and play. We live upstairs and eat downstairs. It’s very comfortable to sleep on the kang. The room is neat and clean. In the morning You can come down to have breakfast right after you wake up. It's a very cozy place, the owner and his family run their own accommodation and catering. The kang where we stayed was very clean and tidy, and we slept warmly. The food we cooked was authentic and delicious, and the portions were large. If we couldn’t finish the food, the boss would help us keep it and reheat it for later. And it’s super cheap to book ski tickets and packages with the boss, who also takes care of the pick-up and drop-off.

I bought the tickets for the whole skiing trip to Xuexiang from the boss. There are still car services and chartered services. We stayed in a three-person kang room, which was very warm inside and outside. It was understandable that I was busy during the Spring Festival and didn’t do a good job in hygiene. I told the boss and he took care of it immediately. The boss provided three meals a day. It was very convenient for us because of the cold weather. We ate all kinds of specialties. I heard that it was a famous restaurant and it was hot and ok. Shuttle service: pick up at the station and provide driver information.
