The service was exceptional. Our room was too cold so they changed us to another room which was warmer and also much bigger. The food was good although we were the only people at the hotel due to the pandemic we got to choose what we wanted for dinner at a very reasonable price.

Regarding the room, I booked a twin room. The size was okay, but the shower room in the bathroom was missing a door. It was very cold in the shower. There was a large piece of wall covering above the exhaust fan that was crumbling. There are very few paper towels in the bathroom. You have to ask the waiter repeatedly for it.
