從踏入酒店大門的那一刻起，温暖便撲面而來。門口的管家不僅笑容燦爛地主動上前幫忙提拿行李，更用一句“旅途辛苦了，歡迎回家”瞬間洗去了我們一路的風塵與疲憊。這不僅僅是一句口號，而是他們用行動切實貫徹的理念。酒店內設施的細節也很打動我公共大廳擺放的茶桌可以一邊煮茶一邊欣賞窗外的雪景，而且洗衣房配備了掛燙機，細節很nice！

從踏入大廳一刻起，貼心服務就無縫銜接。管家熱情主動的接過了我們手中的行李箱，全程陪同協助辦理入住，讓我們瞬間就卸下了旅途的疲憊。
管家還向我們介紹了酒店免費的配套設施，小童遊樂園和健身房、洗衣房等。更令人舒服的是，工作人員服務意識真的超強，熱情主動的介紹了當地的美食和遊玩攻略；而最讓我個人沉醉的，是大堂的那個茶空間。作為一個品茶愛好者，能在這裏手捧熱茶，靜靜的看窗外雪花紛飛，那種由身到心的滿足感，真的難以言喻。

亮點一：雪場無縫對接，可以“滑進滑出”，這對於滑雪愛好者來説簡直是天堂級的體驗，不用扛着沉重的雪具走很遠。
亮點二：管家式服務。 入住前就有管家主動聯繫，瞭解我們的需求和抵達時間。入住期間有任何疑問，微信聯繫管家都能得到秒回，還給我們推薦了人少景美的拍照點，太貼心了！
亮點三：治癒系體驗。 白天滑雪，晚上可以在酒店來一壺熱茶，看着漫天雪花，所有的疲憊都煙消雲散。房間床墊軟硬適中，一夜好眠。

這次滑雪之旅選這家酒店真是太正確了！位置絕佳，有直達雪場的班車。房間的雪景視野很好看，尤其是清晨。工作人員熱情周到，主動幫忙烘乾雪具。滑完雪回來泡個熱水澡，疲憊全消，主要細節決定一切！房間裏有地暖，光腳踩上去暖暖的。根本不會感受到冷意。
