設施：很新，配套設施完備齊全。
衞生：好乾凈，入住就查看了一下床單被罩都是新換的。
環境：周邊環境很好，距離滑雪場很近。景色也非常不錯的。
服務：這個不用説，VIP管家全程服務，有什麼問題都可以找他解決。我的整個東北旅行行程都是小王同學幫我制定的，非常完美😍

馬桶蓋內側都是尿，噁心。這麼貴的酒店，房間裏沒有一張凳子，差評！要多一瓶水，還得加錢！早餐很簡單，九點就沒了，差評！

酒店位置很好找，距離火車站和温泉很近，管家服務很到位，有自己獨立的滑雪場，適合初次體驗滑雪的同學，酒店給升級了套房，供暖實在是太好了，開着窗户縫睡的

酒店所有工作人員的服務都沒得説，先在微信聯繫説給我們升房，到了亞布力由於不好打車，就試着聯繫酒店看看能不能幫忙找個出租車接我們，結果酒店免費去接我們，到了酒店後前台看我們帶孩子，又給我們再次升房，在超市奶食品，超市的阿姨送孩子們棒棒糖，酒店餐廳大姐給我們送粽子，一次又一次的温暖我們！！！

酒店老闆免費給升級主樓家庭房，贈送三張早餐票，還貼心的給孩子準備了小孩拖鞋。五一停氣了，屋裡有點涼，老闆給拿的暖風機。房間地理位置好，房間乾淨整潔，而且比較大。酒店一樓有超市，所需應有盡有。酒店室外有停車場，還可以打羽毛球峯等室外活動。總之定就完了，下次還來。
