I checked in at 8pm, but when I checked in, I was told that the hot springs would only open at 1:30 pm the next day. I have soaked in hot springs so many times. This is the first time I encountered a hotel that was not open in the morning, and there was no warning before. I didn’t see it mentioned anywhere in the hotel introduction. I originally planned to go to Ganzhou after visiting the hot springs in the morning, so I had to rush to take advantage of the hot springs to finish before 10 o’clock. After playing for a while; 2. Half of the hot springs were unopened. There was no traditional Chinese medicine in the medicine pool. I asked, even after soaking for a day, there was nothing left. The only thing to drink was the water dispenser, and there was no free food at all. The only good thing about the experience is that it can take the initiative to deliver water to the pool. There is only one slide in the children's playground, and the rest are completely landscaped. I was unlucky. It rained heavily on the night I checked in. It was a natural disaster. The hotel lobby was full of mud and water, and the kitchen and restaurant were also wet. It was flooded, but the water and electricity were cut off from midnight until ten in the morning. The elevator had not been restored when I finally left. It was stuffy and hot without any apology; 4. I bought three rooms for this stay, and one of them opened the door. I found that it was not cleaned at all, there were a lot of dirty things on the floor, and there were wet bath towels and bathrobes; 5. The buffet breakfast was naturally gone the next day, so I was taken to the staff canteen for a good meal. You can see the photos of the things, but if they are bad, don’t use them. As I said, the only food available was either pasta or eggs, and I only ate one. After waiting for a while, I heard the management and service staff say that there was no one behind me, and there was no need to bring the extra eggs that were delivered halfway. Go back. . . No one cares about the flies. The most annoying thing is that there is no way to deal with the breakfast because of the natural disaster. However, during the entire meal, there was no arrangement to send a bottle of water, which is really unreasonable, and there is no apology at all; 5. After breakfast I was told that the hot spring in the afternoon was also cancelled. I drove back and forth for three hours and ended up soaking in the hot spring for an hour. When I checked out, I still didn't apologize or offer any compensation. After a long negotiation, I agreed not to charge 200 yuan. The room fee has been increased; 6. It means that our hot springs only open at 1:30 in the afternoon. I don’t know if it is your own responsibility. If you encounter a heavy rain or natural disaster, you are unlucky. It has nothing to do with our hotel. After a day of communication with Ctrip, we finally agreed. The breakfast fee that was not provided will be refunded. Needless to say, the room fee will not be refunded if there is no water or electricity. Even the hot spring ticket that is basically not provided will not be refunded at all. I advise subsequent tourists to be careful and do not come on rainy days. , the river outside the hotel is too easy to flood, so if you want to pass by and enjoy the hot springs, you should also calculate your time.

The hotel might say that we can't avoid it because we are close to the mountain, but Have you heard of insect-proof lights? They can reduce a lot! It made me so sick that I didn’t want to take a dip; 3. I went to the public hot spring pool at about 9:25 pm to check it out, and it closed at 10 pm. As soon as I entered, the staff looked at me and told me that it was closing. Do you want to go to the room to take a shower later? Don't go to their place to take a shower. I keep asking you. After entering the water, around 9:47, the aunt started to come over and started to spread disinfectant powder regardless of whether anyone was bathing in the hot spring. People They spread disinfectant powder before clearing the place. This chlorine-containing ingredient is very harmful to the skin. Is it fatal to come to your hot spring bath? Fully activated the rushing mode, and felt sick for the third time; 4. When I returned to the room, I strongly requested to change rooms, and was moved to the 3rd floor. The floor drain of the hot spring pool in the 3rd floor room was also broken; the windows will scare you to death. The national standard for normal window sill height is about 1.1 meters high. The window sill of the room here is only about 0.5 meters high from the ground. The window limiter does not play a role. Moreover, according to the fire protection regulations, the limiter affects firefighting and forced smoke exhaust. Yes, there is a risk of falling for both adults and children when the window sill is opened at such a height. I really don’t know how it passed the inspection of housing construction and fire protection. 5. I went to the public hot spring pool again in the morning. There were a lot of stones and food waste in the pool, and it was so frustrating. It was a disgusting day. When I came back and the hotel opened, the card was useless. At around 11:40, I called the front desk, but no one solved it for 10 minutes. I had to go to the front desk to swipe my card again. The response was satisfactory; this The hotel really advises everyone not to go there because of the high prices, deceptive service, and major safety hazards! We hope that the government’s Culture and Tourism Bureau, Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Fire Brigade, Quality Supervision and other departments will pay attention!

位於中國天然氧吧、最佳生態旅遊聖地贛州上猶城西4公里處，從贛州出發車程約45分鐘，交通較為便捷。酒店周邊自然風光優美，空氣清新，負氧離子含量高，是休閑避暑、旅遊度假的好去處。

我以前也是做酒店行業的，對服務行業其實很能理解，但以下這些問題我是無法理解的！ 1. 最不滿意的就是洗澡淋浴的水小，沒壓力！相比家裡的都差遠了！ 2.600 塊的酒店，沐浴露和洗髮水還是用這種大瓶裝的，説實話這樣的我真不敢用，無法確定別人是否有往裡麪加什麼其它東西！ 3.洗手盆下有浴巾架，為啥不把毛巾浴巾放架子上，而是要放到外面的衣櫃裏面藏着？ 4.洗手盆水龍頭安裝的十分不合理，洗個襪子濺了一身的水！水龍頭也是一層的水垢！ 5.各角落的衞生也確實不敢恭維我就沒一一拍照了！

不是我惡意差評 實在是衞生令人髮指 定了三間房 一間電視機是壞的 一間衞生太差 温泉人不多是不會全部開的 配套服務是一個都沒有的 問了服務員説是外包出去了 現在沒有人 湖心島的房間沒有熱水 冬天三十多度的迷你熱水器 還要按什麼按鈕 完全沒有指示操作 晚上叫前台送開瓶器 前台説沒有人走不開 衹有一個人值班 過一會兒叫送水的時候兩個人來送的 廁所是臟的 水龍頭上是有牙膏的 漱口杯上也有牙膏 而且已經結塊 第二天早上去前台投訴的時候我還特意挑了一個人少的時候去 前台是一句道歉都沒有的 我以為等到退完按金查完房以後會給一個答覆 結果完全沒有 最後找平台 平台介入以後他們轉臉就不認了 説他們沒有當麪確認 不道歉也不賠償 最後還是平台出面道歉 電視機壞了是他們的工作人員也去了現場看了是打不開的 到第二天也可以不承認 衞生我拍了照給前台看 為什麼當時不説要當面確認的事情 態度離譜 服務離譜 衞生堪憂 誰去誰是大冤種

房間夠大導致房間制熱比較慢。早上9點半來吃飯，水果牛奶麪包這些都沒了，也不及時補充。桌上堆滿了餐盤。硬件還算過得去，但是服務這些細節像家庭作坊。
