The hotel is clean and tidy, and the hotel lobby design is very stylish, but the front desk service is too bad.
1. At night, I was notified to send the bed quilt. The front desk staff said that there was one in the room cabinet. I opened it and found that there was no quilt cover. No waiter was arranged to come to put on the quilt cover. I was forced to sleep without a quilt cover for a night.
