酒店環境優美舒適温馨，房間內配套設施齊全，床超級軟和舒適。還有酒店服務超級好，有接駁車接送去餐館前台美女帥哥温柔體貼，做事周到，總是麻煩他們，他們也很耐心，特別表揚吳宗源帥哥下次度假還會來這家酒店，住的很舒服

酒店環境挺好的，可以釣魚，溯溪，游泳，前台還有接送司機服務態度都挺好。溯溪瑤有兩張床，一家4口完全夠住，裝修風格小朋友挺喜歡的。衞生方面，大泳池明顯比小泳池乾淨很多，問了工作人員，他們説每天都換，我們第二天去還是前一天一樣臟的水，還有就是酒店衞生不太好。酒店在山裡植被茂密有蚊蟲們理解，但是抱枕明顯很臟，上面頭髮污漬都有，還有床上我都感覺沒有換過布草，經常住酒店換沒換過一目瞭然，枕頭雖然有摺痕但是皺皺巴巴的，剛打開被子床上還有毛髮……應該不會去住宿了。

居住的是酒店標間，帶陽台，房間很大很乾凈。周邊藍天白雲綠樹溪水潺潺，讓人深感愜意。還想再去的一個森氧民宿。

酒店管理很到位，工作人員很專業，裝修也不錯，還有私人管家，我們的私人管家付閑小弟弟特別熱情，極力滿足我們的要求，幫我們爭取延遲退房，幫我們烘衣服等等，路上遇到的工作人員都會很熱情跟我們打招呼，體驗感很不錯。

1：訂了兩個房間，其中一個房間居然打開了地暖，三十多度的天氣室內直接四五十度蒸桑拿，告知酒店派人過來檢查調整，也是等了40分鐘。2：晚上十點半來了個小夥子敲門送水果，大家都睡覺準備休息了擾人清夢，告知房間兩瓶水太少了還需要水，結果就直接消失不送來了。3：早餐也很差沒什麼吃的，下雨在酒店説可以燒烤的地方路過了一個開遊覽車的大爺説這裏不可以燒烤。公共設施到了晚上幾乎就沒有燈了，照明極差。

贛州市區過去一個小時左右的車程，在一個小山谷裏非常安靜，還有泳池適合小朋友玩。附近還有個小遊樂場小火車。拍照不錯，服務熱情。房間馬桶是智能的。吹風機好用，設沲其他都還好。就是碰上了客滿的一天。房費最貴。餐飲接待跟不上，中午沒吃上飯。晚上早早在餐廳等飯吃，菜味道可以，特別推薦魚，早餐有當地特色苞米果，總的來説還可以

非常棒，酒店剛開業，環境相當好，服務員雖然不太熟悉設施，但是十分熱情，很晚到還下雨又是接送行李又是指路，木屋下面就是小溪，玩水嬉戲完美，菜品非常不錯，完美的親子旅遊首選，超出預期太多，強烈推薦。一定還會再來！

新開業的酒店環境很不錯但簡介裏面寫着有洗烘乾機我們到的時候洗烘機還沒接好水管但酒店員工還是幫我們拿到員工宿舍洗烘這點服務很不錯説是無邊泳池我們到的時候也是還沒搞好本來應該享受到的酒店設施沒有享受到這點有點不是很舒服
