作為經常出差的人，這家酒店的前台服務讓我印象超深！辦理入住時，前台姑娘看到我提着大行李箱，立刻喊同事來幫忙，送了一份甜心水果、還詳細介紹了酒店洗衣房的使用時間、健身房的器材情況，甚至連附近24小時便利店的位置都畫了簡單路線。中途我不小心把充電器落在前台，回去找時，工作人員早就妥善收好，還幫我檢查了是否能正常使用。這種把客人需求放在心上的服務，真的讓人覺得特別安心，必須給前台團隊滿分！

下單時就註明了高樓層，到店後前台人員給我開的是一樓的房間，我再次提出要求後才換到五樓的房間，房間應該是剛清理好衞生，地面有很重的腥味，我要求加了一台凈化器，毛巾上有頭髮😌，房間贈送了一份水果很新鮮，早餐也很豐富。

國慶假期回老家帶着孩子住了三天酒店環境很高檔一看就是花了高價設計也很有品味，床品舒服寶寶一覺到天亮前台有個臉很小很漂亮的小姐姐服務也很貼心周到總的來説很滿意下次回老家還是會住。

返程路過江西，就在這裏住了一晚，小縣城挺好逛，這個酒店在當地來説應該還可以，而且還是新開的，酒店的環境也挺好，是在一座山上，唯一不好的一點就是空調有點吵！早餐挺豐富的，吃了一下當地的特色包米果！

酒店前台小王服務很熱情。房間推開門就是淡淡的香氛+歡迎水果，空調提前開好，細節無敵。床品像雲朵！羽絨枕+95%白鵝絨被，一夜睡到天亮，衞生間乾濕分離，智能馬桶+徠芬吹風機+全套Dove洗護，而且房間陽台直麪猶江和遠山，很值得推薦這個酒店。
