民宿位於景區附近碧水灣休閑度假區內，房間北歐簡約風格裝修是我喜歡的，前台小哥熱情主動，辦理入住手續簡單快捷，晚上很安靜，早餐雖然簡單但是新鮮乾淨衞生，是個休息度假的好地方。

前台小帥哥熱情周到，居住環境優美，但是民宿的設施卻不盡人意（首先是電梯不能使用，其次301房間洗手盆的閥門失靈），建議儘快完善。

9點的早餐衹有包子麪條和白開水！ren房價的所有窗户沒有紗窗！天啊！40度，空調3個沒有製冷！開窗户蚊子超級多！1點多才睡着覺！外面所有店面都不開門！衞生方面是可以的！

總體不錯，衞生和環境都可以，位置很好，也很安靜，兩個地方要改進。一是冬天太冷，空調根本無法制熱，二是熱水器温度太低，沒法洗熱水澡，家人住到後面都感冒了。。。

環境跟房間風格還行，我們18號六點多過去的，沒有路燈，到處都是黑的，看不到路，第一次去的話會覺得很害怕，房間我們定的是2樓，房間門衹有門鎖自帶的反鎖，窗户大而且不高，晚上睡覺在這種偏遠的地方是特別沒有安全感的，另外設備感覺沒有怎麼維護，我朋友洗完澡就説他們花灑不好用，我當時進去看了一下，看掛在上面還好，就沒理拿衣服進去洗澡，一開水發現花灑漏水，澆身上太冷我就轉了一下花灑，結果掉了拼不回去，但是已經洗着了沒辦法衹能繼續，水温比較涼，希望洗熱水的就不建議去這裏住了，我本身感冒趕緊沖完窩在被子哆嗦了，跟朋友説花灑問題，她説剛剛也是看着漏水就拿下來看，拼了好久才拼回去，因為當時挺晚了，而且太冷了我們也沒找民宿的人，第二天退房被要求賠付花灑損壞的錢，理論無效，我們當時急着趕車，不想多理論就付了，我很好奇，民宿年久失修壞了的東西需要算着顧客身上嗎？酒店指責因為我們當時壞了沒告知他們，壞了的時候已經洗着了，兩個女生，誰會去找人，如果花灑才裝上去十天半個月，好好的沒有任何問題，那壞了我們心服口服，結果反而是我們洗澡難受還得賠錢，畢竟洗的時候就已經出問題了，廁所的積水就是沒有花灑緩沖各種噴的證據，如果酒店事先查看沒問題，那是對花灑噴漏視而不見嗎?總之體驗感非常不好，如果要去陽明湖玩，不建議住那邊，鎮上性價比高，過去也不用多久，足夠時間玩。

前台是沒人的，電視是看不了，網線是壞了，空調製冷效是差的，熱得一晚上沒睡好，入住時也沒有告知早餐是幾點，結果七點半去一趟沒人，八點去一趟沒人，自己解決完早餐遊湖回來後，房間門卡失效打不開了，還沒退房，房卡就鎖了，打了電話沒人來處理，又讓孩子跑了一趟去找工作人員。外出旅行住宿那麼多次，這次是最差的住宿體驗！
