First, when I entered the room, I saw hair on the pillow and the sweat smell of other people's scalp. I immediately contacted the front desk to change the pillow, and then asked the front desk if the bed sheet was not covered or changed. The front desk said that the aunt changed it every day. As a result, I started to itch all over my body when I fell asleep, and I immediately had a small rash from allergies. I took a picture of my arm when I commented today. It has disappeared a little after applying medicine in the past two days. I contacted the front desk in the middle of the night to change the quilt cover and bed sheet. The bed sheet was opened and it was like this. There were blood and urine marks all over. I asked the customer service if they could change it. The customer service said it was all like this. The towels in the toilet are really unsightly. My rags are newer than this... The faucet for the shower is still straight. This is the first time I have seen such an anti-human design, and the screw mouth of the shower outlet is still loose and leaking... Fortunately, I found it because I saw the national chain, thinking that the cost performance should not be bad. This is really the worst hotel I have stayed in. I don’t know what the price is in the off-season. It is really only equivalent to a guesthouse worth dozens of dollars. But to be honest, although the environment and sanitation are poor, I contacted the customer service and they immediately helped to change it. This is +⭐

The room is average but cheaper. The hygiene is average, the shopkeeper's service is enthusiastic, and he introduced the Shangri-La travel guide in detail. The location is very good, about 4 kilometers away from the ancient city of Dukezong and only 2 kilometers away from Songzanlin Temple.

The room is clean and spacious, and it is also very close to Songzanlin Temple. It can be seen directly in the distance. Unfortunately, it has rained these days. But it is also a good choice to drink tea in the room and enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window. Because the location is also in the village, it is very quiet at night, and the sound of rain and insects can be heard sporadicly. Very good experience, great value for money, next time I come to Shangri-La, I will bring friends over and recommend it.

Great location. Short walk to the entrance of Songzan Temple. Even shorter walk to the scenic loop around the lake area (although the lake had been drained when I was there as they are doing a significant renovation of the scenic area). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice, especially the Qingke Bing (barley cake). Beds are comfortable. Plenty of very hot water for the shower.

I have stayed in many hotels in Shangrila old town over the past 12 years so have a little experience. Location: Close to the top dancing square but at the top of a very steep hill. It had rained so the stone street was VERY slippery. It is close to impossible to walk up the hill with suitcase. There is a 1/2 meter wide ***** of carpet that was laid down on the right side of the road going up the hill. It gave great traction, but unfortunately some non-thinking person had parked their electric cart directly on top of the carpet so you could not navigate it. I arrived at 6 PM and that electric cart was still sitting on the carpet in the same place the next morning at 9 AM. Trying to walk around the electric cart , but I did slip and fell to the ground. I would not come back to this hotel again, if there was any potential for any rain. The picture is of the morning after the rain had dried. When I booked my room, they did tell me that there was only one room remaining and it was for four people. I was solo but I booked it anyway. Unfortunately, I did not understand that there are four beds that are actually side-by-side touching each other. They are very very thin pads laid on top of a wooden platform. No way to get into or out of any bed without crawling back to the foot of the bed and going over the edge that way. It was the hardest sleeping service I have ever been on and got very little sleep. If I had my sleeping bag and camping mattress, I would’ve just slept on the floor. Won’t be back here again. The service people at the hotel were very nice. Offered to carry my bag up to my room on the third floor and the woman who provided the breakfast in the morning was very pleasant. Have no complain about the service just the beds in the access to the hotel. If it’s raining, make it a no go for me

The hotel is not far from the ancient city, and a taxi usually costs about 20 yuan.
