This is the best guesthouse/hotel i’ve checked in during my trip to China. I would say 💯 the best. From the host, the services, the room & everything! The best part is they provide ******* outfit for their guests and its for free. You can wear the costume & gontk Napa Lake which is only 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Take photos as much as you want. One of the host also is very good with English. I give A+ for that. The room is superb, i love the vibes of this hotel! And the beautiful host send us to the railway station for free! I really appreciate it! Definitely will recommend it to my friends and fellow

The location of the B&B is amazing! ! Napahai is very quiet when you go out! You can sit on a bench in the B&B for an afternoon with a cup of tea The decoration style is also the local ethnic style The furniture is made by the owner himself. Now the owner is slowly decorating the third floor. Our visit to Shangri-La started from this B&B. We experienced the local life from eating to playing. The owner asked us to go to the ranch in their village. It took 3 hours of hiking back and forth to reach their ranch. It was so beautiful. Only my boyfriend and I felt like a paradise! The owner made barbecue for us in the evening and noodles for breakfast. The owner is one of the earliest people to protect wild birds and the environment. The bird watching equipment is also complete. Our interest in birds also started from this B&B. The moment I picked up the telescope to watch the birds, I knew we had gained too much. We saw all kinds of birds and their feathers could be clearly seen. In short, the B&B is really great and our experience is very down-to-earth. If you like niche and quiet, this must be the B&B you will come to again. The boss has made a lot of contributions to the village, helping the children of the villagers build roads and send them to school. The boss still has a lot of things to do. The hotel is located in proximity to the Napa lake, and with easy access. The staff was very welcoming, and made the experience great, they are very reactive and help with any inquires. The rooms are very clean and modern, and has oxygen supply. The food was also great, and local food is served for breakfast and dinner or lunch. The hotel facilities are beautiful, with a nice garden, traditional architecture and located in a very calm and relaxing area. We even received a little lunch bag for our travels with tea, water, and cookies. Pick up and drop off worked great, and was convenient for our travels. The May Day holiday coincided with my wife's birthday and my parents' wedding anniversary. The thoughtful housekeeper Xiao Xiang helped me make a thoughtful and detailed itinerary before the holiday. The housekeeper Shanshan, the handsome guy (his personality did not tell us his name), Jingjing who came from Xilinyuan Xizhou, and other employees carefully prepared a birthday party for me. At the same time, the small tour arranged by the courtyard and the backyard mountain climbing (it was raining, and I wanted to climb on a whim, and Shanshan accompanied us throughout the climb) are all wonderful memories. The encounter with Shangri-La is no longer a short experience of a few days, but a journey that can touch the texture of Napahai~ I put a bunch of pictures of the courtyard, but the beauty of the courtyard is endless, just like Shangri-La. Traveled to Baishuitai from Shangri-La and stayed in this hotel for the night. very satisfied. The location is very convenient, just 100 meters next to Baishuitai. The hotel is very new and the overall feeling is very hygienic. The boss was very nice, responsive to our requests, and even gave us local apples to eat. Baishuitai is worth visiting, better than Pudacuo.
