The hotel in the scenic area has a great location for viewing the snow-capped mountains and checking into the Tibetan village. It also provides tickets to the scenic area. I recommend this hotel to the Balagezong Scenic Area. I am very satisfied with my stay this time👍👍

I drove myself there at night. The environment is very good. There is a small river next to it. I fell asleep listening to the stream. It was quite artistic and very cost-effective. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast when I ordered online. I had breakfast while watching the Millennium Bodhisattva.

It is far more than hotel , it is a unique experience! Hotel is located in a beautiful village where extremely beautiful and hospitable people are leaving. I can not praise hotel management high enough for the level of comfort and care they created in such a remote place. Hotel offers a free pick up and the road is an independent adventure itself. The rooms have stunning views, food was great both for breakfast and dinner. The hotel personnel arranged all kinds of activities for us, very professional and careful. It is a true jewel in Yunnan!

Very right choice. Provide the order at the visitor center and follow the bus to the hotel, and then the hotel butler will communicate with you about the itinerary, etc., which is very considerate. The hotel includes tickets, transportation fees, and a rafting fee, and then the hotel will provide a car to take you to the scenic spots or buses, which is very considerate and makes the whole day trip more comfortable. Awesome. The point is, I saw monkeys in the morning🐒

The location was right outside the entrance to the park so that was a big plus. It was a spacious room with a comfortable bed and a bathroom that included a separate shower and toilet, so that was very much welcomed. The breakfast won me over with the noodle bar, and the service was friendly and helpful.

It is what a good hotel should be like. The room is clean and the bedding is impeccable. The water temperature is suitable and they thoughtfully inform you that bathing in plateau areas should not take more than 10 minutes. The front desk staff are also very nice. The breakfast at Shangri-La is also rich and delicious. The key point is that you can tell from the name that the room can supply oxygen (you need to contact the front desk for oxygen supply service). You can go hiking at night without worry. You don’t have to worry about high reflexes. Anyway, you can breathe oxygen while lying on your own bed, so you have peace of mind😼

Staff were friendly and kind. The reception is very welcoming and courteous! The location is good with it being half way between Songzanlin Monastery and Old Town.I would like to thank Vivian four her help. We did not have a car to take us back to the hotel in Pudacuo National Park, and she immediately asked her colleague to pick us up.

I stayed in the suite at this hotel. It was a great and very comfortable stay. Everything about the suite was elegant and built for comfort. The hotel has a restaurant that makes delicious Yunnan inspired dishes. The yak stew and the potato dishes were especially good. The staff was nice and friendly although language presented a barrier. (Thankfully there are translation apps.). The pool was a little weird though. It's presented more like a pond in the middle of the hotel rooms. There seems to be only one access point to the pool and there is zero seating. Its rimmed by plants and trees. Very strange. But thats the only criticism of the hotel. Everything else meets and exceeds expectations of a hotel. And its within walking distance of the old town.

location is great for the town and Nappa Hai Lake which was awesome.A beautiful hotel full of culture. Beds are the comfiest in the world! Carol on reception was superb and help us out of a very stressful situation when the airport was closed because of snow. We were exceptionally grateful for her excellent english skills. Mark the waiter/ noodle chef was also extremely helpful. He spoke no English but was very patient with my Chinese. Many staff were off sick with covid as it was a few days after restrictions were lifted when we visited. Still everyone was working twice as hard to cover their colleagues. This lead to one of our rooms not being cleaned one day. Not the end of the world. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a great time at Tina’s. Beautiful location, pretty good food, and super helpful staff. There was a small mistake with their records of our booking, but they were quick to fix it (by upgrading our rooms!) and were patient communicators in all our questions and needs. They have a great setup with a big dining room and more relaxed coffeehouse space above. Nearby is a bridge overlooking the gorge and a hike down to the water. We will keep staying here if we come back to Tiger Leaping Gorge!
