Floor heating was good, made the room warm enough in December with no central heater. Bathroom has no floor heating so a little cold but the toilet seat has warming. Very clean. High tech room with xiaodu is delightful. The host was always available and so friendly and helpful, always made us smile when we were going in and out. Location is good, right next to restaurants. Exceeded my expectations so I highly recommend.
