Many thoughtful touches in the hotel, like the towel warmer & oxygen concentrator (although it was loud, it sounded like rain and we didn’t have trouble sleeping). The bed was also very comfortable, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel is very modern.
The location is slightly far from the center of Dukezong, and required us to walk a dark and quiet alley to get to and from the shuttle pick up point.

The location is great. Just down the slope is Dukezong Ancient Town, which can be reached in a few minutes.
I saw some comments before saying that you have to walk up a steep slope. In fact, you can take a taxi to the door and don't have to walk up the slope. The hotel also has an electric car that can take you to the edge of the ancient city. When you come back, just call them and they will pick you up. It's very convenient.
I don't know how good this hotel is. Not only is the scenery amazing, the rooms are beautiful and luxurious, and the service is top-notch and attentive. It is worth mentioning that the room has intelligent diffuse oxygen supply, so there is no need for oxygen cylinders, which is really comfortable.
The yak hotpot in the hotel restaurant is very delicious. What more could you ask for than to eat such delicious hotpot facing the night view of Dukezong Ancient Town!
We changed our itinerary so we had to catch the high-speed train and couldn't get a taxi, so the hotel immediately found a driver to take us, which we were very grateful for.
Overall, this hotel is really very good. If I have the opportunity to go to Shangri-La again, I will definitely stay there again.
