The fatigue of a day of hiking disappeared instantly. For dinner, I had stewed chicken, home-cured ham (not salty at all), and vegetables picked from the field. Many dishes were new. I have stayed in countless domestic and foreign hotels in my life, including luxurious five-star brands. Although they are polite and even difficult to be too picky about the service, what I feel is a kind of lack of warmth and a bit "cold" service. The boss made road signs along the way. , the line of sky is relatively flat, and the hike is very interesting. If you walk slowly while taking photos, it will take four or five hours to go back and forth. Wearing equipment will make you climb faster. Tiger Leaping Gorge is super spectacular, steep but very worthwhile; We were very tired and hot after we came back. We took a hot bath and changed clothes, ate the home-cooked dishes cooked by the boss, looked at the mountains and canyons, the flowers and birds in the courtyard, and felt really happy. We forgot the usual pressure and troubles, and felt like we were on vacation; In the afternoon, we left and planned to drive to Shangri-La by ourselves. The boss was very enthusiastic and introduced for a long time, helped us plan the itinerary, and taught us how to deal with altitude sickness; when the road from the homestay was a little steep, the boss helped us drive our car to the road and walked back by ourselves. You can reach the scenic area by walking. The dining hall of the B&B is top-notch. When you first arrive, the proprietress pours you a cup of tea and orders dishes. After dinner, the boss took me to visit the homestay and his yard. There were various fruit trees and home-grown green vegetables in the yard. The shed was full of ham made by the boss himself. Sitting in the small yard, smelling the flowers, drinking tea, eating walnuts and looking at the mountains, it was absolutely amazing! The next morning, I picked a few honeysuckle flowers from the yard and soaked them in tea. Breakfast was the boss's freshly fried oil cakes and home-grown corn, which was delicious! The only small drawback is that the mountain road in the village requires some driving skills when entering, but it should not be a problem for experienced drivers who can travel by car.
