Location was great & place is very peaceful. All the hotel staffs were really helpful and tried their best to help us. We got very bad altitude sickness & they gave us ibuprofen. Unfortunately it wasnt very effective & we had to cut our trip short.

Stunning view with some lovely animals outside of our hotel room. Definitely a good place for relaxing and chilling stay

They have 3 very cute alaskan dogs, 2 ponies, some sheeps and ducks. Recommended to stay for at least 2 nights!

小木屋的風景無敵美，拉開窗簾就能看到雪山草原小動物，真的是足不出户…貼近大自然。民宿裏面的小動物們都太可愛了吧，狗子、小羊、矮腳馬、小鴨子 鵝…小羊好小衹 能抱起來玩的，小馬也好萌，摸摸腦袋他躺下睡了😂
酒店服務員都很熱情，有求必應，房間住的也很舒服，下次來香格里拉還會來玩。推薦！

酒店很棒，服務好，熱情，有歡迎水果、下午茶☕️都很棒，酒店餐廳的早餐和點菜都很好吃，草坪的小動物娃玩得非常開心，可以看到雪山，推薦！一定要住上一整天呆一呆就感覺更值！
