It was an interesting hotel with local ******* style architecture, make it very photogenic in photos. The room and bed are comfortable and the view was breathtaking with the view of the snow mountains. During our stay, there were also wedding ceremony happening at the hotel. It was an interesting experience to watch the local culture.
The staffs have been really helpful and friendly and never fail to greet us whenever we enter the hotel. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to go around.

Staffs cannot speak English. Room smells bad because the hotel allows smoking everywhere. Suitable for smoking people. Not suitable for allergic ones.

Hotel in Shangri-la with excellent service and nice add-ons like airport pick-up, afternoon tea, farewell gift with lama blessings. Friendly and highly motivated staff. Breakfast had good selection including freshly brewed coffee. Pre check-in communication in English via WeChat and helped to arrange transport and tour guide for Abuji Lake as well as onwards transport to Feilaisi. Well done!

We are cycle tourists and the staff were very friendly & helpful with our bikes. The room was excellent & very clean. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the wonderful service & enjoyable stay.

Neglective staff (not all but some), breakfast facility was not clean at all. However, it has an central location which is very good.
