設施：有地暖！超級暖！晚上睡覺暖呼呼的！超讚！
衞生：房間很大很乾凈，而且浴巾毛巾都是一次性的，超級衞生！淋浴設備也很新，出水量大！女生真的要選！
環境：就在古城裡，出門直接玩兒，特別方便，離城門也很近，打車去其他地方玩兒也方便！
服務：老闆是重慶人，特別好説話，非常熱情的接送站，我們早上七點出門，寒冷的天老闆都送我們，真的服務態度好得沒法兒説！回來的時候還不小心把老闆的房卡順回來了哈哈哈！真的推薦大家首選這個民宿，很不錯的體驗～

房間真的很不錯 ，裝修很温馨，我們去香格里拉玩了四天，住了兩家，就這家體驗感最好，還有地暖，真的很舒服，環境也很好，而且還可以去高鐵站接，老闆的服務態度也很好，重點是在古城裡中心的位置，出進真的很方便，住宿體驗感特別棒！

設施：客宅的房間設施齊全，非常滿意，有地暖，在寒冷的香格里拉也非常温暖
衞生：衞生方面非常棒，都很乾凈，地面一塵不染，住着很舒服
環境：客宅非常温馨，有小貓，融入了不少藏式建築和裝飾
服務：服務很周到，老闆很熱情
頂樓可以看到龜山公園和轉經筒，非常震撼。

民宿位於古城裡，晚上會有點吵，不過過了12點就好，另外，民宿的通病都是隔音沒這麼好，朋友來敲我房門，隔壁房間的人開門出來了…地暖挺暖和的，不過床單有點發黃，枕頭上也沾有一些頭髮，衞生方面有待改進；最後建議大家注意這個民宿的退房時間，我跟朋友以為是14：00退房，沒想到是12：00，民宿負責人11點多打電話來叫我們退房的時候，我跟朋友在外面玩，一時半會回不去，老闆説沒事，我們可以回去再辦理退房，但是他們要進去房間搞衞生，跟我們確認有無貴重物品，並保證他們不會動我們的東西，到了1點多的時候，我跟朋友回到去辦理退房，才發現他們所謂的“搞衞生”，是已經把我跟我朋友在房間裏的所有東西都拿出來了，用一個紙皮箱子裝着，放在他們的雜物間讓我們自己去處理，真的好無語╯﹏╰我的睡衣洗漱用品啥的，全都被丟進那個看起來不太乾淨的紙皮箱子裏，被震驚到了，住過那麼多次酒店民宿第一次遇到這種情況，我覺得再怎麼樣也不應該私自收拾客人的東西，這就是我在這個民宿遇到的情況，大家如果旺季出行需要預訂，一定要留意好人家的退房時間，不然就容易跟我有一樣的遭遇了。

客觀的評價一下，老闆人很好，但是第一次花330多住沒有電視的房子，也是醉了，房子很小，地板上也能看到灰，床也小，有電熱毯但是也很冷，也不知道那些好評是怎麼來的，也沒有麻煩停車費場，一晚上光停車就花了35元，總之是差評，和我們後面住的同價位的酒店差太遠了。

古城中央的一個民宿，乾淨衞生，服務很棒，老闆熱情，是個旅遊百事通。
房間超級大，且温馨，温暖，全屋地暖，5℃的香格里拉感受到了重慶的熱情！
衞生間乾濕分區，獨立電熱水器，24小時熱水，很喜歡😊😊😊
榻榻米大床，盡情享受！
樓下公區很大，可以喝茶，烤火，聊天，非常愜意！
樓頂還有一個很大的觀景台，可以鳥瞰整個香格里拉古城，很棒。
香格里拉，景點非常的多，值得再次來玩😊😊
