had a pleasant stay at Hotel Indigo Shangri-La. The breakfast spread was great with a good variety of options to start the day right. However, the kitchen menu between 3–5pm was very limited, and service was quite slow during that period — I was told there was only one kitchen staff on duty. The hotel’s location is excellent, situated right outside the ancient town, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area without the crowds. Just 10 minutes from the hotel, there’s a fantastic foot spa located right below the property. I strongly recommend it — the quality is as good as those in major cities. A special shout-out to Daisy at the reception. Her service was fantastic — warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also provides portable oxygen, which was very efficient and reassuring at this altitude. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with standout front-desk service, though the afternoon dining experience could be improved.

This hotel probably has the most stunning view of Dukezhong ancient city and its surroundings. It is very conveniently located - just a short 10 minutes walk to Dukezhong. The hotel staff are very responsive and friendly as well. Would totally stay here when I visit Shangri-la again.

不止是酒店，更是一場潛入藏式風情的夢境之旅——香格里拉英迪格體驗如果説香格里拉是世人嚮往的“人間天堂”，那麼英迪格酒店就是這天堂裏最精緻的歇腳處。地理位置絕佳，與獨克宗古城零距離，酒店的地理位置無可挑剔，它就坐落在獨克宗古城的旁邊，步行幾分鐘即可融入那座有着1300年歷史的月光之城。既避開了古城核心區的喧鬧，又能享受極致的便利，視野也無比開闊，可以遠眺松贊林寺和連綿的山脈。客房體驗：在窗邊，私藏一整片香格里拉的天空。推開門的一刻便被驚艷到，房間寬敞明亮，打開陽台，如同一幅巨大的動態畫作，將香格里拉的藍天、白雲、古城屋頂和遠山一併框了進來。無論是清晨的第一縷陽光，還是夜晚璀璨的星空，都成為了我們房間最奢華的裝飾。值得一提的是，所有工作人員都帶着真誠的微笑，感謝禮賓部Lobsang，這兩天的入住他每次接送都很真摯負責，還有前台每次出現問題溝通都有求必應。建議：入住前可以仔細check room一下，第一個晚上入住地暖閥門沒開，凍得厲害。 🌟 一次完美的入住，是我下次唯一的選擇

房間視野特別好，本來訂的精品大床房前台辦理入住時因為是蜜月旅行所以mark和cindy，daisy還給特別升級了房間，很貼心！服務很好到位，辦理入住和退房都有服務人員幫忙搬運行李！夜景超級棒！

非常好，慶幸自己訂了英迪格，自駕非常方便，幫忙預留了瀰漫式氧氣的房間雖然不知道氧氣出口到底在哪哈哈Emma Daisy服務很到位，早餐非常棒！視野非常好，還看到不是彩虹，沒有不滿意的地方，退房送的金剛結和冰箱貼比景點的還精緻，下次還住。（來之前糾結松贊，後來也去看了，地理位置和服務態度遠遠不如英迪格，性價比極低，英迪格完勝）

酒店地理位置絕佳，在中餐廳邊用餐、邊欣賞古城美景，是一種享受。有很多人是來打卡這裏的最佳觀景平台，其實酒店的美食與不要錯過，量足、味美，性價比很好的。再説酒店設施，對得起五星級配置，這次給我的房間是一層，且離大堂不遠，非常方便，坐在小院子裏遠眺美景，太享受了。臨走時，前台贈送了冰箱貼和象徵吉祥的繩結，很開心。

非常棒的一次體驗，從入住到退房，工作人員都十分耐心，中間出現了一點小插曲，1.我們購買的花被不小心當成垃圾扔掉了，反饋後所有工作人員都十分的耐心解決問題，提供了多種解決方案，要給我們重新買花寄到家裡，免費送我們早餐，十分感謝酒店的員工，Lhamo,Allen,Mark,給我們提供了十分良好的入住體驗。2.工作人員也之分貼心的幫忙調節房間温度，幫忙接受外賣，接駁車等服務相應的也十分及時，最後退房的時候我的電腦充電器忘記在了房間，工作人員第一時間響應，最後幫忙郵寄回了公司，我們要付錢酒店人員也沒有要，十分感謝酒店人員的耐心，最後再感謝一下酒店工作人員Emma,Daisy,發生問題後主動和我們聯繫，並且提供多種解決方案，感謝酒店的所有人給了我們一次美好的香格里拉旅行體驗。
