Very good location, near Dukezong ancient city gate, 3 minutes walk, room has floor heating system and oxygen generator, hot water is very fast, room is large, clean, always warm when returning. The hotel owner is very enthusiastic and thoughtful. Support at all times, there is a very cute fat dog. Everything is wonderful, will come back when the opportunity arises.

店家超級熱情哦，還給我們升級了影音房。整體特別大，並且乾淨整潔，一次性毛巾特別好評！愛了愛了！出行超級方便，公交就在樓底，滴滴可以直達門口退房之後還給我們寄存行李了，還接送，特別温柔有禮貌

店家很熱情哦，還有房就免費給我們升級了家庭房，房間乾淨整潔，也很大，還有一次性毛巾。民宿在古城裡麪，滴滴可以直達門口，去逛古城和出行都很方便，我們是下午5點多的高鐵，退房之後還給我們寄存行李了，房門外是各種花花，愛了愛了～

是提前半個月訂的雙床房，首先很感謝老闆給升級了家庭房。然後想説説住這三天的感受：
首先，本來是衝著有供氧機所以訂的這家，但是入住當天，供氧機上就有不明液體，然後上一位房客用過的吸氧管也在抽屜裏沒有收拾，並且沒有新的吸氧管，聯繫了老闆給我們解釋原因説是因為阿姨太少了，我覺得這也不是衞生清潔不凈的合理理由。
其次，床單上被罩上有很多窟窿洞洞，我不知道兩百多的民宿為什麼兩張床的床品都要用破的，如圖一圖二，還有一個枕頭上蹭的不知道是什麼黑色的東西，由於民宿老闆之前免費給我們升級了房間，我們衹有兩個人，被蹭黑的枕頭也用不上，有那個洞洞反正也不影響睡眠吧，我也沒有聯繫老闆。
第三，我們預訂了三天的，我看貴店是有接機服務的，我們來的時候不是坐飛機來的所以並沒有用老闆來接，但是走的時候想着可不可以送一下我們到機場，從民宿到機場的路大概是五公里，開車大概十五分鐘左右，老闆義正嚴辭的告訴我民宿沒有送機服務，用很官方的話回答我，反正也確實，人家就是沒有送機服務的，但是一般訂了三天民宿的話民宿老闆是都會進行送機的，離店當天我已經訂好出租車了，看見老闆又跟我説開車的叔叔去接別的客人了，送不了我們之類的，我就想着十五分鐘的路程可能真的很耽誤店家的時間吧。
總之香格里拉很美，但是這家店住的不是那麼愉快。具體環境請看圖片吧

酒店非常有特色，之前老是住的連鎖酒店，這家酒店刷新了我對民宿客棧的認知。房間都是木質結構，有藏族的風格，床靠背都是木雕圖案，電視背景牆也做了木質的，牆面是暖暖的橘色藝術漆，打開燈非常温馨，連洗手枱都有木雕元素，銅質竹筒狀的水龍頭小朋友很愛。還有推窗即見古街，青石路面，晚上會有點吵，但影響不大。

離古城很近，附近也有吃的，離機場挺近。老闆很nice 會推送旅遊攻略 還有一衹圓乎乎的狗狗叫十三 投喂的時候它也很温柔！
