Second stay at this charming ******* hotel. Wifi and bathroom plumbing (on the ground floor) wasn’t the best, but the staff did their best to rectify. Service overall was excellent including early morning airport drop off.

Spectacular! Design hotel, confy and great to come back after all day walking arround. Great position. The staff is super nice, helpfull and very friendly. Great english too, that helps a lot. Rooms are clean, confy and with the best view! A must in Shangri-La

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. Authentic ******* boutique hotel with very warm hospitality. The staff is very friendly and they go the extra mile with a big smile. Furnishings are dated and the mattress provided can be firmer. The staff make up for the shortcomings with their great service and attitude.

The location was ideal, offering breathtaking views and easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes.

This is a great hotel to experience traditional ******* culture. The facilities are excellent and the rooms are very beautiful. The staff were extremely welcoming and even invited me to drink tea with them. One of the staff members, Xiaorong, was particularly helpful. He told me about the different locations to visit in Shangri-La and even took me to eat ******* food. I felt very thankful for his help and it made my stay very enjoyable. For anyone traveling to Shangri-La, I would thoroughly recommend choosing this accommodation. For the great staff and beautiful facilities, it is great.

Perfect location right in the middle of the ancient town! Amazingly helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel arranged a driver to pick us up from the train station, we also hired the same driver to drive us to go sightseeing, he was so kind and gave us lots of tips!
Highly recommend for anyone visiting Shangri-La!

Excellent service by the staff to settle our laundry which was not picked up by the laundromat. Packed nice breakfast for us to bring along for our early train ride
