I’m soooo happy that I chose this place! 🫶🏻🤍 the vibes, the services from the staffs, the location, the views! The place itself 🥹 I love it! If you guys are coming to Shangri La, don’t think twice just book this place! The staffs are so friendly! They pick up us from our hotel and sent us back the next day to the railway train station. It’s just so sad that we couldn’t see the now at that time. Hoping to come again in the future with the snows view!
Oh during our check out, they gifted us tons of gifs hehe. Thank you

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location-wise it is near Napahai so tranquil and peaceful away from busy touristy areas.

A Tibet style boutique hotel near Napa lake. They pick up from station, which was arranged through WeChat prior to arrival and was so kind to dropped us in town after checked out as the staff was also going the same direction. Was upgraded to a bigger room with bathtub , but didn’t use it as weather was cold . Comfy bed .

Service: Very good! The lady was very considerate, introduced the hotel facilities, took us to dinner, and gave us a few oxygen cylinders. My family was a little uncomfortable with altitude sickness, and they always cared about us.
Facilities: There is no air conditioning in the room, and the ventilation is average. It is recommended to add ventilation facilities.
Environment: The environment is very good, the surrounding area is very quiet, and you can see the snow-capped mountains and grasslands when you open the door
