We chose this hotel only for its proximity to the bus terminal. We also arrived late at night and just needed a simple night rest. Otherwise, we would recommend finding other accommodations . On our arrival, we took a taxi to the main road beside the hotel as there were construction works going on in front of the hotel entrance. The walkway to the hotel lobby was a bit dark and the hotel lobby was also dimly lit when we entered. Not as seen in the photos for the hotel. We were assigned a smoking room at first and the smell of smoke lingering in the room was too heavy for us to handle. We had to immediately request for a change which the staff promptly assisted us with since our accommodation option was by right for non-smoking. We had another concern for our new assigned room which is the door could not be securely chain locked for safety reasons but we were too tired on our arrival to raise it to the staff. The next morning, there was a decent spread of Chinese breakfast buffet included in our stay. We had a quick bite before checking out early.

The room is clean , tidy , comfortable. Good view from hotel room and good taste of breakfast. Location is near to bus station which is easy to go to Deqin by bus.

Really nice hotel, quite Chinese style . Clean and calm. Not too far from old town. breakfast is written in Chinese , so have a guess sometimes :)

This hotel is located in the north part of Shangri-La, about 10 minutes drive from the old city of Shangri-La and within walking distance from the bus terminal. The hotel room was very cozy and clean. The breakfast was excellent, and included some tasty ******* breads. The only issue I had was that the hotel does not work with a travel agency. The hotel staff suggested that I go to the old city and find a travel agency there, which I did.

The receptionist are very helpful, especially Ms Lin, the hotel manager. She is great.

Hotel is a bit aged. Needs to be refreshed.

This is quite a palatial place, but seems a little dated. The room was very comfortable, however the elevator has a bad smell in it. They had a great dinner banquet set up in the restaurant with western and Chinese food, it was very generous (cost 88 yuan per person for those staying in the hotel). The hotel is located alongside a small waterway which would be pleasant for a stroll. The staff were very attentive (but only spoke Mandarin). We were there in a slow time (just at the end of Spring Festival with CoVid still affecting international travel) so breakfast was a simple bowl of rice noodles brought to the room.

I came to Shangri-La for a trip this month. I stayed in this hotel and it really made my stay very comfortable. The service attitude was very good in all aspects, and they upgraded my room for free. The hotel food was also very delicious and the environment was also good. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time I come.

The environment is very good, the front desk service attitude is very good, the front desk lady is also very gentle, and the room is also very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, very clean! Everything you need is provided (even razors are provided, and our group was shocked). The facilities are not new but they are definitely useful. Thanks to the hotel’s oxygen concentrator. The bed is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation is very good, not noisy, and the curtains are good at blocking out light. The staff are very kind, thank you! In the center of the city, very clean and convenient to go anywhere The rice noodles for breakfast are very clean and delicious😋

The hotel is very good. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. The room is also clean and bright. The service and hotel environment are very good. The breakfast on the first floor is very rich. The hot pot in the restaurant on the third floor is very good. Next to it is the Nachi River. You can go to the riverside for a walk in the evening to digest the food. In short, this stay experience is very good. Recommended
