Lovely hotel in the quieter area of Dukezong Ancient Town. Staff were very friendly, room was extremely large and clean and it had a beautiful view overlooking all the rooftops of the town and even the giant prayer wheel. I would definitely recommend staying here. We visited in winter and the heating was also very good. We hope to return one day.

The Inn located in the Dukezong Ancient City. But quite far from the main Dukezong however still consider convenient to go everywhere in Dukezong Ancient City. The hardest part is…. you need to hike as the Inn located on top of the hill. They do offer luggage pick up service for free. The host very helpful. He help us to book Balakezong trip for next day.

The hotel owner was so kind to us. The hotel is a bit uphill but the owner came to the north gate to pick up our luggages in the middle of the night. He also offered tea for us and upgraded our room with amazing view ❤️ the hotel is clean and has modern look.
The owner also offered to send the luggage back to north gate, even though we already checked out hours ago.
Thank you very much for the hospitality. (Forgot to take pictures in the room, but it was exactly las advertised) really recommended.

A beautiful inn with very friendly owners. My room was spacious, clean and had an amazing view over the old town. The location was very convenient to walk around Shangri-La. Definitely recommend!

Initially, there was a bit of a problem regarding the room facilities, but the owner decided to change to another room for us. It is very convenient to anywhere as it is located in the gu zhen.

Great hotel on the top of a hill looking across the town. The room was spacious with views, the bathroom area large. The staff were helpful when approached and always smiling.
The walk to the hotel is challenging at night when the air is damp. We purchased some oxygen from the grumpy man's shop at the bottom of the hill, which eased the walk. The staff assisted carrying our bags up and down the hill whenever required, which was great.
Unfortunately, they didn't clean our room during our 3 night stay, which meant we had to ask for toilet paper each day, and the toilet bin never got emptied.

This hotel located in perfect location in old village, not far from Gushan temple. There is free car service for carring the luggages. Because it is quite difficult to carry luaggage on the cobblestone street. Hotel has unique style with mountain view. Hot ginger tea, which is always served is excellen,t especially in cool weather.
