The staff was friendly and enthusiastic, and the food was excellent. However, the hotel's professionalism could be improved. The most detrimental factor to my experience was the outdated hotel facilities. I had originally planned to stay an additional night, but ultimately had to cancel. The specific issues are as follows: 1. The water from the faucet was black, which the hotel explained was due to recent rainfall, but this is a worrying situation. 2. The air conditioning in the room was insufficient, making it feel stuffy and hot at night, affecting sleep quality. 3. Due to altitude sickness, I called the front desk for assistance at around 2 a.m., but no one answered. Altitude sickness can pose a safety risk, and the hotel should have 24-hour staff on duty to respond to any requests. 4. The hotel did not provide a chauffeur service, making transportation inconvenient. In summary: As the only hotel in the park, it should have a significant location advantage and the potential for high profitability, but the inadequate maintenance of facilities and service guarantees are truly regrettable.

I booked a price of 470 on Ctrip, and after deducting the entrance fee for two people, the hotel itself was only 200. I was worried it would be shabby, and even asked the driver to wait for me, otherwise I would leave. In fact, everything was great. Although it was very cold the past two days, I was wearing heating. The bus stop to the scenic area is only 800 meters away, which is actually the first attraction. The staff are very attentive, and the aunts and uncles there are very welcoming, probably from nearby villagers. The hotel is state-owned and is located alongside the scenic area, so it may not be well promoted. The menu is relatively limited, but after all, it is within the scenic area, all are very good. The breakfast is a fixed set meal, and it is delicious. I haven't eaten so much for breakfast in a long time. The most interesting thing is that the residents we met were a foreign couple and a Hong Kong family. I admire how they found this place. The biggest drawback is that it is quite remote, and the taxi will cost 150. I recommend renting a car directly from the airport; the road from the airport to the hotel is very easy to drive.

The facilities are relatively old but still retain their charm. The service at the front desk is also very good. The park entrance fee is included and it is very worthwhile. It is also convenient to take the scenic bus for sightseeing.

However, it is very sad that I had altitude sickness, which was a very regrettable trip. It is said that it is easy to have altitude sickness if you stay at high altitude for a long time. It is better to go out after playing for a few hours. I barely played Shudu Lake on the day of check-in. I was physically exhausted and did not dare to walk on the plank road. I took a boat to play, and I was thinking about playing the rest of the attractions the next day. As a result, I didn't sleep for several hours at night. I just watched the stars there. Fortunately, the weather was good and there were stars to see. I wanted to go out to play again the next day, but I gave up after walking a few steps. When we went out, the boss sent us to the door, and we felt much more comfortable when we arrived at the door.

The room facilities are very good, it is a manor, and there is mahjong to play. The yak hot pot and barbecue were great. The boss is very enthusiastic, the service attitude is good, the facilities are complete, and it is not cold in the house even if it snows outside.
