This was the best accomodation that we have stayed throughout our Yunnan journey. We were immediately welcomed by the team, and they are not intimidated by the amount of luggages that we had. 峰兄 and the team took care of us so much that we didn't know how to reciprocate back their hospitality.
Location: located in the perimeters of the old town, the location is great if you want to explore the old town without the hassle of towing your luggages around.
Breakfast was great, with a good variety of mantou, pau, and mixian.
Room: Loved 小度 (AI system) so much, bed was very comfortable for us. View was so good for relaxation. It's a pity that we could only stay for one night before moving on to the next part of our journey.
Thank you to the team for sending us to the pick up point as well. We really appreciate your hospitality.

Had a great stay! The service from the staff was excellent, and they gave us a free upgrade! The room was overall clean, though just a little dusty in some spots. Overall, a great experience and would definitely consider coming back!

Our stay was pleasant and service by the hotel staff was good. The rooms were spacious and clean, and it’s also AI-equipped (you can use the AI open/close curtains and lights). Everything was great. Our only gripe was that the room cleaning service was not efficient. The clean towels they replaced were slightly damp and they would not make your bed or tidy/clean up. Otherwise, everything else was provided in our stay.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 11-day trip in Yunnan. The service was exceptional, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were very responsive and attentive. Upon check-in, we were welcomed with a basket of fresh fruits—a lovely touch. When we had trouble operating the TV, the front desk staff came to our room immediately to assist us.
The morning breakfast was delicious, and we especially appreciated the coffee machine. If you’re visiting Dukezong, you must stay at this hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient, with a bus stop right in front—perfect for travelers exploring independently.

The place is near to Ancient Town, just a very short walking distance away. The room is very spacious and well equipped. What excites me is that the room has 'Xiao Du' and there is a cute friendly poodle hangs around the lobby.

The heater are able to keep the room warm although the outside temperature is low. The staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and sufficient. For the high tea, there are enough variety of food (walnut, sweet potato, biscuits) to eat while drinking the tea.

We have gotten the suite, which comprised a king sized and queen sized beds. The room was spacious equipped with advanced tech such as xiaomi (akin to Siri/Google assistant) to control lighting and curtains.
It’s a pity that the room comes with only one toilet and one bathing area though a jacuzzi is also available along the two connecting rooms. Room was clean and pillow was fluffy.
Service was reasonable as we extended our stay. The hotel team helped to carry our luggage to the another room. Though the website did state complimentary transit services from hotel to station and vice versa, it was not offered to us. But during arrival, because our cab took us to the wrong hotel, they took effort to pick us from the wrong hotel to the right hotel.
Of course, its pet dog is a magnet to customer.
Overall, the stay was pleasant and I recommend to potential customers coming to ShangriLa.

Breakfast is normal. The room is clean and new, but the oxygen supplies not enough. So the front desk send us another portable oxygen supply to the room.
Front desk is very helpful.
