High Mountain Resort Shangri-La

This is the most stylish and comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The scenery is great. Everyone is very friendly. They brought hot milk in the evening and sent us to our room via a shuttle bus.

We stayed in a villa room, the scenery was very good, there was diffuse oxygen supply, humidifier and floor heating! It was great! The housekeeper had contacted us the day before. The villa was on the mountain, and there was parking and pick-up throughout the whole process of entering and leaving. There were fruits and good night milk🥛. We didn’t have breakfast, so we can’t comment on it, but the dinner was good. We had a small hot pot set meal on the first day and stir-fried dishes on the second night. The price was a little higher, but the quantity was large. It’s understandable that there are places with scarce supplies! The Tibetan brother was very enthusiastic in service. Although there were not many tourists in the off-season, the hotel’s service was still good!

The room and service were great! First of all, the room was very large with a great view. Although there was no lake water now, the grassland felt better. There was a wall-mounted oxygen concentrator in the room. Secondly, the service was very enthusiastic, from airport pick-up to room round-trip transfer, available at any time! The arrival day was my birthday, and they made longevity noodles and gave me a small fruit plate! In short, it was a very pleasant experience!

The hotel is located in the Napa Sea scenic area. The scenery is beautiful and suitable for relaxation. You can see the calves and lambs of the surrounding villagers. The front desk service is excellent. The room was upgraded to a villa room with the best view, and there were fruits and milk. Thanks to the manager for the arrangement. The room facilities are great, the space is independent, and the floor heating is very warm. I will continue to come next time. I recommend it.

The first time I came to Shangri-La, I chose Gaoshan Villa and it was a great experience! ! The scenery is stunning! ! Just take photos in the hotel and it will be a blockbuster! And the staff here are very enthusiastic~~~The manager who contacted us, Hu Yanping, was super attentive. He called the day before check-in to discuss the itinerary and room preferences, helped us turn on the fireplace and floor heating in the room, and also arranged fruits. On the last day, because our flight had to leave at 11pm, they also helped us coordinate a late check-out~~ It’s great, great, I’ll come back in the future.

I went out with my friends and stayed here for two days. There are few tourists in this season, so it is relatively quiet. It is relatively close to Dukezong Ancient Town and Songzanlin Temple. The Tibetan young man in charge of the pick-up station, Tseren Dundup, was honest and enthusiastic, which added a lot to the beauty of the hotel. He introduced us to the local customs along the way. Seeing that I had some high reflexes, he also told me some precautions. After we left, he was still asking about my health. . Shangri-La is such an unforgettable place!
