From the moment we arrived, the hotel owners treated very friendly. As a welcome gesture, they prepared a cup of tea for each of us. Despite the language barrier, they explain how to use the amenities in the room, even using a translator to ensure we understood everything clearly. I am very appreciate their effort.
To our pleasant surprise, the hotel looked even better in person than in the photos on Trip.com—something that rarely happens. One of the standout features was the bathroom, which was clean and well-equipped.
The location is also excellent, just a short distance from Guishan Park. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shangri-La.

Second time staying. Chose the room with the view, which are bigger and indeed have a nice close view to the temple (picture is from nearby the hotel, not from the room). Happy with my choice : )

Love this little inn, perfectly located at the bottom of guishan yuan, owner was very reponsive and gave many suggestions on making our trip more enjoyable, we has a room facing the temple with a small balcony, it has the most privacy. The owner has a beautiful british short hair as well! Overall a very enjoyable stay! Will recommend!

The room is very cozy and has lots of amenities, such as an oxygen generator, a Japanese-style table with tea, a humidifier, and a toilet with many functions in true Japanese style. In addition, the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel is located in the middle of the old town, which is really convenient! Highly recommended!

Ganlo Inn has excellent location, a short throw away from the giant Prayer Wheel in Dukezong old town and food options around are abundant. The host is super friendly, and the room very comfortable. Strongly recommended!

The hotel is located in the ancient city. Not too far from the main entrance. Easy to getting around. The room is clean and cozy. Lovely tea bar and snack are also available. Very nice and helpful owner. Capybara definitely recommend this place for your holiday in Shangri-la

The location is so good, near with Guishan Park. The owner take care us like a her friend/family. In the room have some snacks and tea to welcome you. Suitable facilities in the room and toilet. Lastly, they have yummy breakfast.

I was upgraded to a better room, thank you very much for that and when I got there, my room was not ready, so the owner invited me for lunch. If I was coming back to Shangri-La I would come back there.

A very friendly couple that managed the inn really well. They are very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the stays comfortably. I will come back again if i happen to be in Shangrila and wishing you 生意兴隆😊
