The environment is nice, and they also gave us fruit upon check-in. The front desk service was also very good.

Ambience: The ambiance is very nice, and the architecture is quite unique. Most of the guests staying here are tourists, so the street seems deserted during the day, and the architecture alone can be quite awe-inspiring! Cleanliness: The bedding was clean, but the 1.2-meter bed was too small for children. Plus, there's no air conditioning, so guests from hotter climates might not be able to adapt. Service: Check-in is by 2:00 AM, likely due to peak season, so the staff must be on the lookout. So, if you arrive early, you likely won't have a room available. My initial experience was a bit disappointing, but the front desk was incredibly helpful during check-out. I checked out an hour late, but because I had planned to stay longer, I decided to leave immediately due to altitude sickness. They refunded my room and also the next day's stay. No complaints, thank you! There was also a big surprise: my reservation didn't include breakfast, but the staff said it would be the next day. I wondered if I'd misspoken, so I asked again, and they actually did, and it was excellent quality.
