My recent stay at Tseten Wangmo Resort was truly an unforgettable experience. The hospitality of the family who runs the hotel was outstanding. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself exudes local charm and offers a genuine taste of Yunnan's rich cultural heritage. My room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated with traditional touches that added to the overall ambiance. What truly set this hotel apart was the personal touch and warmth of the family. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering great tips on local attractions and even helping to arrange transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangri-la City. It provides a unique and heartwarming experience that you won't find in larger, more impersonal hotels. Thank you to the wonderful family for making my holiday so special!

Beautiful house and friendly host. I like the ******* design and careful consideration in the room layout. The location is very convenient, walking distance to attractions and many delicious food nearby. I wanted to thank our beautiful host, she provided many wonderful tips and coordination to attractions.. Balagezong, Pudacuo, Guihill etc which made my experience in Shangri-la so memorable and fun. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic stay here. It had a great location to Ancient City and close to the street for easy Didi/ taxi. The room was very clean. The hostess was very responsive to our questions and needs. It’s nice to support both small businesses and ******* owned businesses.

A nice B&B managed by a couple. The location is good and near the ancient town. It was good that the room has floor heating in a cold winter time. The lady manager was friendly and helpful to carry my luggage up and down the stairs and even gave me a free drop off to the Shangri-La airport. They have few cute cats in the hotel. Just wish they provide free breakfast. Overall the stay was nice.

Highly recommended for a wonderful and grateful experience. The hosts are very fine people who actually put their guests needs first with genuine effort and humility. Simply the best checkin/checkout ever experienced. I would strongly recommend staying here for those who appreciate Tibeten culture and hospitality. I would not hesitate to visit here again the next time.

Nice environment.

We stayed in four B&Bs in Yunnan, and Shangri-La chose this one. We arrived relatively late. The lady at the B&B was very friendly. She knew we were nearby and quickly came out to help carry our luggage to the room. We were also embarrassed because the luggage was so big. It's heavy, the design of the B&B is very beautiful, it has local characteristics, and it's top-notch. Although the room is not very big, it is sufficient, and the design and furnishings are also very thoughtful. The location of the B&B is very good. You can go out to the main street with a few dozen meters of walking, many restaurants and shops, and you can reach Zhuanjing within a few hundred meters of walking. There are many shops along the way. You can stroll around slowly and see many local specialties and food. There are also kittens, one big and four small, in the B&B. They are all very close to each other. Sitting in the garden and playing with the kittens, I feel relaxed and happy. I took a few photos with my mobile phone. They are beautiful. 

The boss is very friendly and will take the initiative to help with luggage. The hotel environment is very good, clean and comfortable. It is near the ancient city and only takes a few minutes to walk. It is highly recommended! !

The courtyard is very unique, the room is spacious, and the decoration is very local. The owner and his family are kind and enthusiastic, and they also provide free ******* clothes. I took a lot of photos in the inn wearing them, and I was very happy.

I found a very beautiful ******* homestay on Ctrip. The proprietress was very welcoming and the room was very big. It was very close to the ancient city and just around the corner from the alley. It was a very good experience.

It was my first time staying in a ******* style hotel. It felt very novel. The owner also upgraded the room type. It was comfortable and spacious. It was only two minutes away from the ancient city, which was very convenient. I would recommend it to my friends!

The most beautiful hotel, and a surprise for friends after they booked it! Highly recommended! You will never regret it! Whether it is room facilities, distance to scenic spots or surrounding food, they are all good. The boss and his wife are very nice and can provide all the help they can provide. It is an excellent stay experience. By the way, you may be able to smell the sweet-scented osmanthus in the room in autumn, because the boss and his wife just planted two sweet-scented osmanthus trees.

I stayed at their house for 5-9 days when I was traveling alone. The lady was very welcoming. Hygiene: Very good Environment: Tibetan-style architecture Overall, it was a very good experience (PS: the sound insulation was not very good) Everything else was great👍
