真的超級滿意 房間可以看到雪山 特別是前台的服務真的讓我很滿意 還有 客房阿姨 也很熱情 下次來到香格里拉 還要來住這個維也納 真的棒極了 👍

有免費停車場 前台熱情禮貌 酒店位置距離古城很近 在房間也能看到雪山🏔️
建議維修下浴室淋浴頭的把手 側邊壞了 很容易割到手…
家庭房3人入住 洗漱用品/毛巾都衹給了2人份的…如果是因為沒辦理入住 前台打掃阿姨不清楚就算了 辦理入住之後也沒有送來 …也算是酒店的不足之一吧

去哪裡玩，還是比較放心住維也納，酒店乾淨整潔衞生。這次來香格里拉玩，休息的也比較好。前台工作人員熱情的，剛到酒店有點高反，都比較貼心的抵紙抵氧氣瓶各種。
