Service: The front desk was very welcoming Hygiene: Very poor, hair everywhere, long and short, the table was covered with dust Facilities: The air conditioner was broken, it didn't heat up all night, I was freezing cold after taking a shower, the socket was more than 1 meter away from the bed, the charging cable couldn't reach it, I couldn't even charge my phone to play with it

The front desk staff, Quchu and Yixi Lachu, had a good and enthusiastic service attitude and checked us in quickly.

The service attitude is very good. Seeing that we are a family traveling, they upgraded us to a suite for free, sent us a fruit plate, and recommended tourist attractions to us. The service is really attentive and thoughtful. You can't go wrong if you choose this hotel when you go to Shangri-La! !

The experience is extremely bad, as follows: 1. It's 2024, and I just found out that the hotel doesn't need to open the air conditioner! After reporting that the air in the room is not circulating, the front desk arranged for the master to open the natural wind. Comparing hotels and homestays of various high and low prices in various places horizontally, it is incredible that they don't provide air conditioning. 2. There are large stains on the carpets and sofas in the room, which look very dirty, with extremely low comfort and poor hygiene, see picture. 3. Towels and bath towels are old and black, towels even have stains, and the corners of the sheets are damaged, see picture. 4. Slippers and hair dryers are placed in the corner of the window farthest from the door, not in the wardrobe at the entrance, which is completely unreasonable, see picture. 5. Ginger tea is provided in the lobby, which is better. This accommodation experience is extremely bad. This comment is rational and fair, with pictures and evidence, and no need to negotiate.

The hotel front desk staff are enthusiastic, meticulous, professional and considerate, and are like family. The room attendants are meticulous in their work.
