Great hotel, the boss is very friendly and the location is great. The only issue I had was it was a tad noisy but overall a great stay.

Beautiful and clean room with character near the old town. Had trouble finding the place but boss helped out. Really warm welcome and service. Excellent location to get around old town. Bed was really comfortable as well. Boss was helpful in getting me further transportation to Shaxi.

I think it is a family owned business which is lovely to see. They were all very welcoming and polite. They gave us advice about what activities to do.
It is a comfortable and cosy room for the colder temperatures in Shangri-la. The shower is nice and hot.
It is a close walk to the main square of the old town.

The room is nice, clean, tidy and beautiful. There is floor heating that turns on automatically at a certain time, which makes it warm at night. Other settings are also good. This trip to Shangri-La, choosing Ershe is really a good experience! The room has its own floor heating, which can be a little warmer in the morning and evening.
