Service: A guy came to pick us up as soon as we got off the high-speed rail station, and the front desk lady also helped to call a car to take us away when we left, which was very good! The front desk was very helpful when we needed it during the check-in process, and also gave us gifts. I will come again next time with good reviews!
Facilities: The whole house is smart, there is an oxygen concentrator in the room, so there is no need to worry about altitude sickness.
Hygiene: The room is very clean, and disposable bath towels and slippers are prepared for us!

民宿離龜山公園，四方廣場步行十分鐘，門口可以停幾輛車，沒有位置的話老闆會幫着停到停車場，第二天早上再開回來。服務很好，前台小姑娘長得甜美，態度很好，給我們耐心講解房間裏製氧機，洗衣機和投影儀的使用方法。每天晚上都有牛奶送到房間。酒店有氧氣瓶，可以出去的時候帶上，如果沒有用，回來再退掉。我們訂的家庭房，有三張床，一個1.8，兩個1.5，五個人住着非常寬敞。還有洗衣烘乾一體機。住了兩個晚上，體驗很好，值得推薦。忘了拍房間裏的照片，就用大經筒和松贊林寺的代替了。

帶着老小來香格里拉，訂了兩間房，房間非常乾淨，老闆是一家幾口人，老夫妻為人特別好，很和氣，終於知道這家店為啥那麼多好評，真的很好。我們包車一停門口，老闆和女兒就來幫忙提行李，送上了下午茶，還有晚安牛奶，房間內除了一次性洗漱用品，還提供比如浴巾，臉巾、馬桶墊、消毒濕巾。半夜高反，美女還送上樓了氧氣鼻導管～安慰瞭解情況～賓客如歸的感覺～推薦

這次去雲南玩，訂了很多家民宿，這家民宿非常滿意！衞生整潔，很新的民宿，房間也很大。我們住了兩天，小姐姐免費給我們升了房間，入住第一天還給我們送了香格里拉特色點心，能感覺到店家很用心。晚上10點多洗衣房洗衣服，小姐姐還給我幫忙！人真的太好了吧！
設施：完善。
衞生：乾淨，有一次性浴巾、毛巾。
環境：優雅，樓下還有可以休息拍照的地方～
服務：還要送我們到高鐵站，不過最後我們自駕走了。

房間很滿意,衞生很乾凈！小度也很智能！浴巾都是一次性的，洗衣烘乾在院子裏也很方便！本潔癖患者覺得住的比較舒適；
比較安靜，樣子和圖片一致；

下午茶裏面牛肉乾很好吃，走的時候還特意帶了5包，黃金酥也很好吃，也帶了4包；牛肉乾選擇了郵寄；在古城其他地方看了一圈，大部分都是50.60的，不是很正宗；

超預期的一次入住體驗！4個家庭預訂了親子房，應該是整個古城房型最多的一家了。從下高鐵站接車就體現出商家滿滿的誠摯，我們一行13人全部接到，進入民宿受到了老闆一家的熱情歡迎，特別的温暖！房間設施比較齊全，衞生很好，床品也是嚴選的很舒服，全屋智能非常省心，一次性毛巾真的細節控了！兩天晚上大家都住得非常舒適，每晚還有香濃的晚安牛奶供應！我們的所有需求都能盡力滿足，像老闆一樣用心真誠經營的商家我還是第一次遇見，為我們香格里拉之行留下了美好温馨的印象！祝老闆一家生意興隆，吉祥如意！

很高級的是雙洗手池可以倆人一起洗漱，也可以邊看巨幕邊泡澡！
有供氧機和加濕器都要比其他同價位酒店好用很多，房間整體安安靜靜睡的很舒服
不早起的我也要10點起來吃他們家早餐，必點米線，連租住了兩天早餐不重樣，自助形式粥牛奶豆漿，炒菜包子，蒸玉米地瓜，老闆用心不糊弄～
住這裏很適合自駕遊的家人們，好停車，步行也能到獨克宗，體驗非遺藏族文化！
