I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the management and staff of this wonderful hotel in Shangri-La. Honestly, without any exaggeration, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in China. I booked a suite, and it was extremely spacious with a luxurious and modern design that reflects exquisite taste in every detail. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the view was absolutely breathtaking — like a living painting of nature. The hotel’s level goes beyond 5 stars; I consider it a true luxury five-star experience. The location is excellent, and the services provided cover everything you can imagine — an amazing restaurant, complete amenities, and outstanding comfort. A special thank you to the wonderful staff who offered top-notch hospitality and were incredibly helpful in every way. I’d also like to give a heartfelt thank you to the hotel owner, Mr. Kajo, and his wife. Mr. Kajo was incredibly kind and generous, and personally helped me organize and plan my trips during my stay — from transportation to activities — making everything smooth and enjoyable. Their warm and welcoming attitude made our stay even more special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Shangri-La. Trust me, you won’t regret it.
