The room was actually very clean. I'm a mysophobe and have very high requirements for hygiene, but this B&B felt very clean. The bedding was very comfortable and the sleep was very good. I stayed in Yunnan for 7 nights. Maybe it was summer vacation, but this was the cleanest one. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights. Except that the king-size bed room was a bit small and the service awareness needed to be improved, there were no other problems. There are many attractions in Shangri-La that I haven't visited well. I will stay here again next time. I hope the owner will keep his original intention and continue to work hard to keep the room clean.

I booked this hotel because I saw some negative reviews. I was anxious, thinking it might be a personal issue, but I didn't expect it to happen to me, too. I'd arranged to extend my stay the day before, and the next morning, I offered to transfer the money. The hostess, while eating, nonchalantly told me they had no rooms. I explained that I'd already arranged to extend my stay yesterday and offered to scan it for you now. The host said I could pay tomorrow. She said, "Really, no room, sorry!" I hung up and packed my things. When I went downstairs, the hostess made a ridiculous excuse: "The host thought I hadn't paid rent and stayed an extra day, and they seemed so generous and kind." "Oh my god, how could they let me stay without paying rent?" This excuse really makes me feel stupid. The day I booked, all the rooms were empty and very cheap. As the number of people increased, they filled up. Even if I thought my rent was too low, it's negotiable. I've never even had breakfast at your place. A few extra bucks is worth it. A little more politeness would have been appreciated. I don't want to move around when I'm traveling alone. Your words of comfort should have ruined my day. The funniest thing is, I specifically searched for their place that evening, and they had my room type! (She'd say "beautiful girl," but that's someone else's booking that's canceled.) Honestly, I'm not exaggerating or lying, so there's no need to argue. B&Bs spread like wildfire, so don't be too low-key. Don't want repeat customers? Closing down during the off-season? I saw this place on other platforms the day I checked in. The ratings were pretty low, and I was puzzled at the time. Now I understand those positive reviews were probably directed at the uncle and aunt. I didn't want to accept her offer, but after we got downstairs, the uncle said, "I'll take you there, since you have so many things." I said, "Okay." I'm easygoing, but please don't give me that attitude because of you. I thought I'd share it privately, and I meant well. I never leave comments, and the ones I do leave are all positive. Cleanliness: See the pictures. Bring your own disposable sheets. Soundproofing: Very poor. I could hear people talking clearly, let alone walking around. Service: Just okay. Honest review. Everyone should stay here; you might not encounter this kind of situation.
