My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Jinyuan Private Hot Spring Oxygen-Rich Smart Hotel! After getting off the high-speed train, a friendly waiter was waiting outside the station to pick us up. The hotel is just over ten minutes away, which is very convenient. The front desk agent was very welcoming and helped with our luggage, making it easy for us to carry it. Ms. Manyue even presented us with a pristine white Hada, which was very nice. The room wasn't large, but it was very clean and tidy, with all the latest amenities. The bathroom had a smart toilet and a bathtub, which was also very nice. It also had a humidifier and an oxygen concentrator. Disposable towels were provided in the room, which was very hygienic. Every day, the front desk agent and hostess brought us delicious snacks like fruit, nuts, and pastries. They even brought us goodnight milk before bed, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel also offered ******* costumes for free, which the children loved. Breakfast was served on the first floor, and I think it was just as good as other restaurants. Dukezong Ancient Town is a ten-minute walk away, and the cobblestone paths are just a short walk away. Special thanks to Miss Manyue, she is beautiful and has a great service attitude. My child had a slight fever on the day of check-out, and she found a forehead thermometer for me. When I left, she said she could reimburse the taxi fare (I didn't need to pay for the taxi fare, thank you). All in all, it was a great stay. I will stay at your place again next time I come to Shangri-La.

This is the most thoughtful hotel we've ever stayed in. When we checked in, we immediately noticed the front desk cabinet was overflowing with small items, all free to use. They even provided oxygen and hot drinks during our nighttime altitude sickness, and they were very attentive the next day. A huge thank you to Man Yue and the entire staff for not letting us touch our luggage and taking such good care of us. The environment is beautiful, the accommodations are excellent, and you can unlock a variety of activities. Highly recommended.
