Very stylish and brand new guesthouse! The decoration is beautiful and the room has all the modern facilities (intelligent toilet, floor heating, O₂ machine, etc.). Fortunately, they also provided a European adaptor so I could easily charge my phone. I was lucky to stay off-season, so the price was very reasonable, and I got a free upgrade to a bigger room with a bathtub and nice views of the autumn colors. The owner is a very sweet lady and treated me like family. She helped me organize horse riding (with a big discount!) and even came along by bicycle. I could also use an e-bike from the hotel for free. Thanks to her, I could visit a traditional ******* house nearby. The cat and rabbit are super cute, and the yaks walking around together with the wooden furniture and amazing views of the plateau, lake, and birds make the atmosphere very peaceful and close to nature. In the evening I had dinner with other friendly guests in a local yak hotpot restaurant — very delicious! Breakfast was also great. Before leaving, the owner even made me an Americano and took me to the train station with her own car free of charge. My 24 hours here felt more like visiting kind relatives than staying in a hotel — such a warm and unforgettable experience! Everything was already perfect — as a small suggestion, maybe adding a kettle in the room would make it even better.

I highly recommend this accommodation — it deserves a full 100 points! I was deeply impressed by how wonderfully they took care of us. They even picked us up from our previous stay and dropped us off at the airport early in the morning on our departure day. We also got to enjoy some special experiences — feeding baby yaks, squeezing fresh yak milk, and even tasting the milk we had just squeezed ourselves! They took us to try a delicious, all-natural yak hotpot and visit a traditional Tibetan-style house built entirely from wood — without a single nail or piece of metal. We were amazed by the grandeur of the courtyard and the beautiful prayer room. The décor was lovely and gave a very relaxing atmosphere. And most importantly, there were the cutest cats — Cuihua and her kittens! 🐱 If I have the chance, I’ll definitely bring my friends to stay here again. The room was amazing, huge, clean and fantastic views! The service was also top notched - the host offered to send us the the train station even though it was early in the morning. He was very helpful and polite throughout the stay! There’s free bicycle rental and a e-bike service as well! Highly recommended 10/10!!!

The staff who took care of us was so friendly. He picked us up and also dropped us off. He also asked about my altitude sickness and gave me medicine too! I really thought he was so friendly and considerate. He also gave us a complimentary upgrade. Breakfast was also good, with fresh milk that was milked from the cows. Delicious! Due to altitude sickness and rainy weather, we didn’t end up doing much but I liked to interact with the baby yaks and the cat. The view is so beautiful from the room and also from the common areas.
