The view from the room is fantastic!!!! Room is also very spacious and clean. Toilets were very slightly dirty (minor stains). Towels, toothbrush, hair dryer and hand soap provided, but unexpectedly no shampoo, conditioner, body soap or lotion provided. Future travellers should bear in mind to bring their own.
The staff are very kind, attentive and responsive. Kudos to them!
The lodge also has a rooftop with some chairs. As the lodge is quite small, there's hardly anyone at the rooftop and it ends up being quite private! View of the mountains are better here than at halfway GH in my opinion.
Overall really enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I do TLG again

On the day of my hike, I was able to locate the accommodation easily via Baidu map. It was low season when I arrived, and the staff gave me a room with the mountain view (which was wow!). The room was big and clean. There were simple dinner and breakfast choices at the nearby accommodations. Pleasant stay!

This is just next to the famous halfway guesthouse or 中途客栈. It is actually a proper concrete building with many rooms. Glad we stayed here. Had a very good rest for the night after our 15km hike. Owner is a young chap, and his mum prepared the meals, which is good 家常菜. We had a feast! Note you have to pay separately for the meals. And the room is huge with a good view. Good place to stay!

Beautiful room. Friendly staff and clean also. Amenities are complete. It’s just that it’s far and the road is scary but totally worth it for the view

A lovely remote inn perfectly placed at the end of a Day 1 hike on the upper trekking route. Quiet, modern rooms with views as good as any of the gorges other Inns. We were helped by a young family who were responsive and very helpful. No kitchen for dinner, but easy enough to walk next door to the HalfWay House restaurant and coffee shop.

Nice stay. Owners were kind even with my limited mandarin. Rooms were large and clean. Although mine was missing towels? Rooftop has direct and unobstructed views of the mountain.
Note 'cosy queen room" is the room facing the street with no window to the mountain

Right beside halfway. Feels newly renovated and clean. Rooftop terrace has a great view and probably the same view as halfway but better as there is no crowd.
Restaurant was closed as chef was not around when we were there. Had to have our meals elsewhere.

Very large room, very clean. The restaurant connected to the hotel was tasty and was open late. We did not book a room with a mountain view so it was facing construction, but we didn't mind since we were just there to sleep for one night. I recommend this hotel to get a good night's sleep after a long day of hiking!

What a beautiful view. The hotel itself is located nearby the famous Halfway guesthouse. Nice and clean hotel with friendly staffs. I once left my backpack in the restaurant and didn't realize until he deliver it to my room. Thank you.
The room is simple but very spacious with two big beds. I think it could accommodate 4 peoples. The hightlight is.. the view from our room. Just open the curtain and you can see the majestic Yulong snow mountain. The restaurant below also delicious although we had a bit problem with translation.
Ps : book the upper floor room.
