i had a great experience staying here, their service was good! and i was surprised by how clean the place was! also the management is active at organizing activities for their guests everyday, definitely a good strategy to bond travelers together!

The place is fairly new so it was comfortable, but there wasn't really anywhere to put your luggage, the lockers didn't lock, and we weren't given key cards. The place was safe because the area is safe, but having amenities that worked would have been nice. It's a laid back place though. Even though there was plenty of space in the common areas, I didn't really feel there was a fun/inviting atmosphere, but maybe that's just because I'm not Chinese, who knows.

Great simple hostel with all the amenities you need. Walking distance to the old town, daily water and towel provided. Would recommend!

Very friendly and help-full staff the only thing is that they have a smoke alarm beeping the whole time throughout the hostel. There is some molt on the shower curtain

Great location, everything is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the bed is very comfortable. I really enjoyed staying here. Highly recommended!

A heartfelt thanks to our boss for organizing the烧烤之夜 (barbecue night)! The food was absolutely delicious, but what made it even more special was the relaxed and joyful atmosphere as everyone gathered around, sharing laughter and heart-to-heart conversations. The fatigue from work simply melted away in the midst of all the cheerful chats and giggles, leaving us with a heartwarming sense of belonging. This is probably the most unique charm of our travel agency this year—not only do we help people reach far-off destinations, but we also bring hearts closer together.

Danshe was such a great place to stay in Shangri-La, friendly and helpful staff along with a lively atmosphere. It’s a great place to meet other fellow travelers and hiking buddies. The location is close to the ancient town and buses that takes you to many tourist attractions around town as well as the train station.

It's nice. It's newer and a little bit of a walk from the old town. When I first arrived, I thought I was one of the few staying there. Then as the day went on it filled up. The rooms are a little too small for 8 people. You have to step over shoes, bags, etc .. Also, they must allow smoking inside, though not in the dorm. But, I could still smell it in the dorm.
