The hotel boss is very friendly and hospitable. As we are foreigners and not familiar with the place, she offered to pick us up from the nearest gate. The location was just outside the ancient town so it was easy to explore the ancient town. The lady boss gave us food recommendations and helped us with booking official buses to scenic spots in Shangri-la. We also got a free upgrade to a bigger room so it made our 4 nights stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel.

"We just spent the most incredible stay at LinYu and I'm still pinching myself! As retired explorers we were looking for a relaxing escape from the city, and this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had the most stunning views of the surrounding area. We loved the thoughtful touches, like the chilled bottle of wine and fresh flowers, which made us feel like royalty.
The hotel's location is perfect for everyone who want to experience the best of Shangarila. We loved exploring the nearby attractions, trying local cuisine, and taking leisurely strolls through the picturesque streets.
What really stood out to us, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Whether we needed recommendations, directions, or just a smile, they were always there to help.
We can't wait to return to LinYu and experience the magic again. If you're looking for a fantastic getaway or just a relaxing break, this hotel is a must-visit. Five stars isn't enough – we'd give it ten stars if we could!"

This B&B is awesome! The boss lady is super nice and enthusiastic, and she even came to pick us up at the station. The room was very comfortable and had oxygen supply, which really saved me from altitude sickness. The lady also recommended a lot of attractions and restaurants, which was great! ! ! There is also a puppy in the store, it is super cute! Shangri-La is super beautiful, I will stay here next time I come🥰
