From the moment we arrived, the hospitality here was outstanding. The staff assisted us to take our luggages to the room and welcomed us with a complimentary drink, which was such a thoughtful touch after our journey. Later, when I asked if I could buy the same drink again, they kindly insisted on giving it to me for free — a small gesture that really showed how much they care about their guests. The team also went the extra mile by helping us arrange a Didi to the train station, making our travel seamless and stress-free. The room was spotless, very clean, and super comfortable — ideal for 2–4 travelers looking for both space and coziness. I especially appreciated the practical details: the hotel provides oxygen (very considerate given the location) and even umbrellas for guests to borrow in case of rain. These thoughtful amenities made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way — warm hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and genuine care for guests. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area

This hotel in Shangri La truly felt like home! You can tell the owner puts his heart into the place, and it makes all the difference. We stayed for three nights, but honestly, it wasn’t enough. we loved everything about it, especially all the cool tech features. The owner was incredibly kind and even upgraded us to what seemed like the biggest room. The heated bed and floors were a dream, keeping us warm and comfortable, and we could even dry our clothes on them! They also have a free washing machine, which was such a lifesaver. And the breakfast? *So good!* The milk tea was amazing, and there was this soup (I wish I knew the name) that I still think about—it was *that* good. On top of that, the service was next level. The owner personally picked us up from the train station—in a *BMW*, no less! He was beyond thoughtful, even helping us book a trip to Balagezong. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, but I’ve never met an owner who goes this far out of his way to make guests feel welcome. If you’re visiting Shangri-La, I can’t recommend this place enough. For the level of service and hospitality you get, the price is more than worth it. You *will not* regret staying here! It just walking distance to all the eateries and the prayer wheel!
