Nice building, hot and cleanser showers, good kitchen. The hosts are very kind people

This is my first review in years of using Trip.com as I was so impressed and touched by the family who run this small guesthouse. It has the facilities you’d expect from a small guesthouse in a remote mountainside, but what it lacks in metropolis luxury is more than made up for by the incredible warmth, generosity and pure kindness of the family. For an extra 50rmb I ate with the family for which they made a huge spread of 7 dishes, all of them local delicacies, whilst we chatted about their life here in the mountains, the history of Tiger Leaping Gorge and their wishes as remote mountain people in a quickly changing China. Make sure to get to the top floor terrace to get amazing pictures of the mountain range! Hope the family see this review and best wishes to them for an unforgettable stay!

This has to be the best guesthouse that i have stayed at while in China. The family is amazing, always with a smile on their face and willing to help. Food, OMG the food! Delicious delicious delicious and big portions for a reasonable price. Definitely recommended, best place to stay! Tip: Behind the house you can climb a small hill to have an amazing view over the village and valley. Just ask the owner to show you the way. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Read all the good reviews before booking, but the room was beyond my expectations! The room was clean and came with shampoo and soap. Bathroom area was modern (looks newly renovated) - they even had heating lamps! The hosts were also very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay after a tiring hike up tiger leaping gorge! 服务和设施都非常好，谢谢!!

Booked us into wrong room

At the highest point of the village, the scenery is very good, very quiet and peaceful. Only one other boy and I stayed there that day. You can walk straight up from the drainage channel on the roadside behind the Midway Inn, which only takes about 5 minutes. Otherwise it will be a long way around the road. The toilet is in the yard because toilets cannot be built in the wooden houses of the Bai people, so the newly built houses were not designed with independent toilets in the rooms because they were intended for self-occupation. But it's also very convenient. The boss and his wife are very nice and talkative. The only suggestion is: the rice is sold in bowls and basins. A bowl of rice costs 5 yuan, and girls can’t finish it, so it feels like a waste!

The male quad room is clean and the bedding is very clean. The shared bathroom is very clean. The dinner and breakfast prepared by the owner are also delicious. It is really worth it. Staying here, you can clock in at halfway in the evening or in the morning, no problem at all. It really deserves a five-star rating

With the encouragement of the boss, we successfully got the high road! 24-hour hot water, everyone! The pork belly bacon was so delicious that I didn't eat it late. The boss also put it in the refrigerator for me to heat it up the next morning. There is also a washing machine to wash your own clothes. Tip: The homestay is the yard of the authentic locals, not contracted by outsiders.

The room was clean and tidy, the quilt was thick enough, and I slept very comfortably at night. The aunt and uncle were warm and kind. There is nothing more healing than taking a hot bath and sitting quietly on the second floor to enjoy the mountain view. The aunt made tea for me, and I felt like I was at home. This exclusive mountain view is definitely worth a trip. By the way, the tiger skin green peppers made by the aunt for dinner were so delicious and went well with rice! The last three bowls of rice were cleaned up.

The room and toilet are very clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. You can also see the mountain view from the balcony. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the snow-capped mountains. My uncle and aunt are very nice people and are very sincere store owners. I heard from my uncle that he is building a new B&B in the mountains. If I have a chance, I will stay at his house again.

The boss's room is very clean, has a view, and the food is plentiful and delicious! The toilets are also very clean, so feel free to go there!

The room type is a small courtyard. You can go to the rooftop to watch the stars at night. The location is almost the same as the highest point. You can see far from the top. The aunt and uncle were very kind to us. We can warm ourselves up by the fire when it is cold at night. It is a great experience to have breakfast in the morning. good

It's very quiet, you can see the sun shining on Jinshan Mountain, the home-cooked meals made by the aunt are delicious, the public bathroom is clean and has plenty of hot water, and it's not too far from the Midway Inn.
