This hotel had absolutely breathtaking views—truly the kind you’d die for! Waking up to the sight of the mountains every morning was the highlight of our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. We also really appreciated the seamless pick-up and drop-off service to and from the railway station—it made our trip so much smoother.

The hotel was located in the plains when beautiful scenery. The rooms are clean, air is fresh, and service was superb. We also engaged the affiliated Zang costume rental plus photography service and they offered us a discount. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel that we stayed in. The location is slightly away from the ancient town but in return you will get the peace and calmness when you stay in this hotel. We fed the deer when we were there, there was hot milk at night (evening rather). There was a warm welcome when you reached the hotel. You can arrange for the hotel to pick you up at the ancient town. There was welcome fruits and parting gifts which we really appreciate. It is all these small details that made the stay really enjoyable. Really loved the location of the this hotel. There is no bad points about this hotel. Side note, they even have multiple hanger points for you to hang your clothes in the shower (+++++points). Most important thing of all, the breakfast that was provided was 10/10, it was super delicious. We even had our dinner there and oh my the food was so good and homely. The hotel owner even prepared breakfast for us when he knew that we had an early morning trip and would miss the breakfast. Highly highly highly recommend to stay here when you are in Shangri-la. Couldn’t rave enough of this place!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view is beautiful and the atmosphere is so peaceful and quiet. They keep their own deer, and the owner even gave us dried corn to feed them — the deer were lovely, gentle, and so much fun for the kids. Our room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, and our daughter really liked it. In the evening, we were offered warm milk, and breakfast was abundant and delicious in the morning. We also had 牦牛 hot pot for dinner — the meat was tender and really tasty. The hotel provides convenient transfer service as well. Overall, we’re very satisfied with our experience!

Best scene ! The boss will pick us up from the train station and even send us to the station when we leave. The service is superb and the breakfast is very very nice !

We loved our stay a lot. The room was very clean with a magnificent view of an open landscape, looking at the mountains, which were snow-capped, as well as yaks horses sheeps. The location was perfect because it was not far at all from the city, but at the same time isolated where you can enjoy the peace and serenity of the place. The staff were kind and helpful. They helped us in everything we needed and picked us up and dropped us off at the airport on time. the place where you can enjoy the coffee and the breakfast also has beautiful views. I would highly recommend it.

The hotel boss is very enthusiastic and help us to take luggage and drop off and pick up us from the railway station. The hotel view is pretty good as well. Will consider coming back again next time as well.

Stayed for a couple of days recently and the staff members were super friendly and helpful. Great location as well for peace and quiet. Kitchen food not bad but pricey.
