The best hotel I've ever stayed at. I had an issue with breathing. The hotel staff gave me medicine for free. They knew that I had traveled alone & always checked on me via weixin. We communicate via translation apps. During dinner, one of the hotel staff cooked a yak noodle for me. He didn't charge me for the noodles. The next morning, I tried the traditional clothing & did a photo shoot with a tripod. There are cute dogs, sheep & cats in the hotel. I also got a free pick-up from the train station & free drop-off at Dugezong town. I will stay in this hotel again when I come to Shangrila.

I asked my daughter what is the best experience during this trip, and she said ,” Kele.” 😊Kele is a super friendly dog who always welcoming every guest there. The place itself located in Napa, you will see thousand of Yak on the grassland, super nice. It’s very pleasant relaxing stay. We love our family room, we love the scenery in front of our window. Every night we never close our curtain since we wait the sun rise. We stay there 4 days 3 nights and still not enough. We also like the back yard view. It’s super quite there. The stuff arrange us to get the ticket to ******* dinner and even there is a nice lady drop us to ******* dinner using BMW😎 thanks to her. Anyway they also pick up us from the train station when we just arrived in Xianggelila. Thank you for welcoming us🙏

The surrounding area and the room are clean and nice. The air is very fresh. My girl loves to play with cola (dog). Ppl here are very accommodating and friendly. I'll definitely be back because of the weather. This place can take away your worries.

We call owner request to pick up me with my family from railway station. They pick up for free, hotel view and environment is superb. You also can try traditional clothes for free, they advise to go anywhere with Didi. When we cant get DIDI they willing to sent my families to Dukesong ancient town. Tomorrow they sent we all to railway station also free.

Love this place, when you return back to the hotel their lovely dogs will run out to greet you at the gate, there is a huge grass area for them to play, and the sheep are so cute too. You can see Shika mountain from the property. Room is beautifully decorated, and so comfortable too, with the heated bed, floors and soft bed & sofa. Staff is friendly and quickly responds to queries on WeChat as well, and he fetched us to and from Shangrila train station which is nearby which we appreciated. This place is near Napa Sea, we rented electric bikes from a nearby hotel and had no issues booking Didi to the old city. Thank you for the loveliest stay.

I recommended this place who want relaxation and peace. I stay 3 day and the owner so kind and help alot. Please stay here when i plan to visit shangri-la
