Rezen Select (Shangri-La Dukezong Ancient City)

The hotel facilities are very good, with its own parking lot. The room is spacious, bright, clean and sanitary. It is very quiet to rest at night. The staff has a good service attitude. I highly recommend this hotel.

When I checked in, I was told that I could upgrade my room type. The staff said that the rooms were full and I couldn't upgrade. Then how can I book other room types on the platform? It's not even close to the Licheng in Kunming. When I entered the room, I thought I had booked a hostel for a few dozen yuan. Didn't it say that it was a four-star hotel? The environment is terrible. It also says that it was renovated in 2023. The toilet was very loud all night and I couldn't sleep at all. The water was hot and cold when I took a shower. The water temperature was unstable. It was very noisy near the street. I have stayed in so many star-rated hotels, but Shangri-La is the worst, no doubt about it. I don't understand how the same group and the same hotel can be so different.

Facilities: The parking location is a little inconvenient in a shed behind the hotel, and the luggage needs to be carried upstairs by yourself. The maintenance of other equipment is OK, and the towels and cups are relatively hygienic. Hygiene: Relatively clean Environment: Not far from the ancient city of Du Kezhong, less than 2 kilometers, half an hour walk. Service: The service is OK, and there are basically no problems. 

A very satisfying stay. The room is clean and cozy. There is floor heating, which makes the whole room warm. A humidifier is also thoughtfully prepared, which is very necessary for me. The tidying is also very quiet. The most satisfying thing is that the water pressure of the shower is very high, and it is so comfortable to take a shower. The breakfast is also delicious.

The hotel itself is OK, there is a place to park, the decoration is relatively new, and the room is not too small. The price is also quite satisfactory. But there is a particular disadvantage, it is a certain distance from the ancient city, there is no place to eat around, it is inconvenient

The scenery along the Huxiang Highway arrived at Shangri-La very late, and the whole city was quiet. I compared it on Ctrip. The overall cost performance of Licheng is good, the environment is good, and there are also offerings. The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic

The room is clean and tidy! The facilities are complete, and the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good! The hotel has floor heating and an oxygen concentrator! Very friendly to people from the north like us! The weather in Shangri-La is cold, but the Regent Hotel is very warm! Stayed for another day!
