This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room amenities were incredibly complete and brand new. The smart toilet and latex mattress were incredibly comfortable, and the oxygen concentrator was a thoughtful touch. The separate wet and dry bathroom was a real plus. The room was immaculately clean, odor-free, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities were excellent, too. The free oxygen therapy was incredibly helpful for those of us visiting the plateau. The laundry room and library were also very convenient. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Knowing I was experiencing some altitude sickness, they proactively arranged oxygen therapy, which was incredibly thoughtful. When they heard someone had lost something, the staff proactively helped find it and sent it back, demonstrating their exceptional sense of responsibility. The location is also excellent, not far from attractions like Dukezong Ancient Town and Songzanlin Temple. Dining options and pharmacy options are also convenient, and transportation is excellent. The hotel is quiet and perfect for a relaxing stay. We drove, so the parking lot was readily available, saving us the hassle of finding a spot. The price is also very reasonable, and the value for money is very high, suitable for both business trips and family trips. We were very satisfied with our stay and have recommended it to friends. We will choose this hotel again next time!

I've always wanted to visit Shangri-La, but fear of altitude sickness kept me from going. This time, after arriving in Lijiang, I decided to give it a try. I booked a room with an oxygenator at this hotel online. Upon arrival that evening, the front desk assisted me with check-in. The hostess (perhaps because we were traveling with children) gave us an extra set of disposables. She then showed us inside and explained how to use the oxygenator in detail, patiently answering our questions. The room was newly renovated and very clean. The hotel has parking and is conveniently located near restaurants. They also gave us a small gift upon departure, which was very nice. Although I only stayed for one night, the overall experience was excellent. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Shangri-La. Thumbs up!

The hotel upgraded the room type for free. The bed was very big and the baby was satisfied. There was also a small tea table. I loved it so much that I had to give it a full score.

Even though my flight was late, the owner gave me a late check-out. The service was excellent. The parking lot is spacious, and there's a specialty restaurant right outside. There's also a hospital next door, making it very convenient to buy medicine when the kids are feeling unwell. The free coffee in the lobby is also fantastic; definitely try it!
