It deserves to be the first place. I can feel the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the waiter. He will help you open the car door and put the suitcase in the trunk when you see you off. He will also communicate with you when you check out of the hotel. Even when I checked out a little late due to my own reasons, he didn't say I would be charged. Instead, he took my room card and chatted with me. He also reminded me of the license plate number. As for bedding, I am a picky person, but their bedding is really good. I was a little reluctant to check out. They will change it every day. I recommend everyone to come and experience a different experience.

It is said that the hygiene in Shangri-La is relatively poor, whether it is a hotel or a B&B. I have really experienced it myself, but it is not bad, just not as good as the hotels I have stayed in before, within the acceptable range. This hotel is very close to the road and easy to find. The environment inside the hotel is OK, and it is large. The front desk guy provided good service and helped me upgrade the room for free. There is also an oxygen concentrator (I booked a room with an oxygen concentrator because I was afraid of altitude sickness)

The location of the hotel is very good. You can walk around the ancient city and take a taxi to the big prayer flags and Songzanlin Temple. There are buses to the surrounding attractions at the east gate. You can buy tickets via WeChat or on-site.

I came to Xishuangbanna and booked this hotel. The service, sanitation and environment were all very good. The only difference was that the sound insulation was average. I could hear some noises outside very clearly. Overall, it was a very good stay.
