Decent location in Shangrila. Breakfast was decent, but not great. Pillow options were lacking. The soft and medium pillows were all way too soft. We didn't sleep very well on our 3 nights there. Also, the cleaning team does not pay attention to the Do Not Disturb light or sign on the door knob. No matter what, they will come into your room to replace the towels and water. While we did appreciate the new water replacement, if a customer has Do Not Disturb, it means do not come into the room at all. It does not matter if we are not in the room.
The cleaning people and the desk staff were all very kind and answered any questions. We had no problems checking in or checking out. Our room was quiet and clean. They gave us a room upgrade for free, which we appreciated.
