距離上饒站和汽車東站約三百米左右，樓下有小餐廳和超市等商户，老闆也還在一樓開着小飯館。主動詢問我和孩子是否要一個大床房，房間寬敞明亮，衞生整潔。雖然是公共衞生間，但是裏面有熱水器，非常便利。服務熱情，非常好的住宿體驗。

我去的時候適逢雨天，好多小蟲蟲在屋裡飛。高鐵軌道在旁邊但完全不吵，離高鐵站近，附近環境比較清靜。

就在高鐵站旁邊，走路10分鐘左右，是一箇中轉歇腳或者等火車趕點的一樓帶小飯館的以前招待所模式的酒店，既有獨立帶衞生間的房型，也有多床位的簡易房型，價格合理，唯一不足就是沒有電梯。

房間乾淨整潔無異味，因為是特價房所以沒有私人衞生間，但是公共衞生間環境也很好很乾凈亮堂，會提供吹風機飲用水等等。而且因為我們是半夜的火車，老闆還來火車站門口接我們，還提前開好了房間的空調，很貼心周到。
